Hermione
Another reminder not to share, offer or ask for the leaked album here. Anyone who does so will receive a warning point.
Christian's Inferno!
After a few listens, I'm still into most of the new tracks. But Teenage Teenager is actually pretty awful and is in my opinion, the worst track of the album (worse than the singles). It only consists of a pre-chorus which sounds awful and a chorus which is catchy but repetitive and gets real boring real fast. Songs like Junkies On A High, Graffitia, Stab You in The Heart, Sugar Youth and Take the Money and Crawl is what modern GD should sound like. The singles are more forgivable in the context of the entire album but they're still the weaker parts of the album.
greenalert997x
I listened to fomaf 4 times What I love about this album is that it turned out to better than I'd expected after first singles, I love there are songs with strong rock and roll vibe and it's fun overall But the problem to me is that I can't find a single song I could immediately fall in love with, a song that would stuck in my head for a long time. After first listening to RevRad leak, I immediately wanted to go back to BOTW, TDTD and TT Maybe I must listen a few more times
Doggins
I reckon the vinyl rip will sound better than the official. That crackling and popping goes so well with the 60s vibe
That Dude
I'm so glad I got the hook up last night! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!! Despite the volume being really low, I instantly fell in love with the album. I found a second source and burned a cd before falling asleep. I did so in hopes I could hear it loud, and also play it in my car until I get a real copy. Grabbed that bad boy the second I woke up this morning and just finished my first listen with better sound. Fire, Ready Aim sort of falls between the cracks of my head. It just played I can't even remember hearing it, making it the weakest track out of the bunch, in my opinion. Christian's Inferno!
Wow the reaction on reddit is really bad. Most of the commenters seem to hate it EDIT: Nvm, most of them are reactions to the singles lol

Malleus
I am oddly satisfied that a song with as terrible a title as I Was a Teenage Teenager turned out to be a bad, dumb song. One bad album outta thirteen ain't bad, though. 2
RodrigoGD from Brazil
I just didn't like it. It sounds like something experimental, turning on the fuck. If it was the purpose and it seems to be, OK. To me, from the old school, it sounds like the worst moments of the DOS. Unfortunate.
Miko
I listened Stab You In The Heart now fully and that's my new favorite song from Green Day in a long ass fucking time. I love it, it's so chaotic and energetic; this is exactly what Green Day should sound like in 2020. Correct if I'm wrong, but this is legit first time EVER that they've literally copypasted exact same riff and tone from song to another? That's wild to think about.
Popular Post Malleus
This album is not experimental, this album sounds like every single car commercial that ever aired on network television. It's generic and lazy. 5 2 1

Just listen details from songs in FOAM, they're not simple tracks at all.

I honestly think fuck times riff is not original to that song at all. It’s a common riff in eras this album is inspired by. Can’t think of a song off the top of my head but it was lol.
Malleus
Just now, Billie Joe's Eyelids said: The “sounds like a car commercial” comments are generic and lazy. Haha, true! Generic comment. Doesn't change the fact that this album sounds like one. I can't imagine liking this over Rev Rad, but hey, that's the beauty of music right? To be more precise, both SYITH and Fuck Time stole a classic and common riff from rock and roll, the best known reference being this one: I think if I were to rate this album in terms of consistency, no filler and does it accomplish what it sets out to do then I would have to rank it up there with Dookie and American Idiot. Every other Green Day album has at least one song that I skip or one tiny flaw (too long, production, etc.). But like their best albums, this is tight and lean and is perfectly executed.

Half of this album is fantastic but I would definitely say there's filler in this album. Teenage Teenager is the definition of filler imo and FRA is also a filler track imo Side B is definitely very consistent imo
