I was all like "yeah" and he proceeded to tell me how he thinks it's better than real GD and it's what he wishes they were doing instead. I am just like "each to their own". Why pick just one when you can have both? they are just two very different flavors of the same style of music. People are listening to their song, but pretending it's Green Day instead of paying attention to the fact that it's Panicland. Sure it takes a lot of Green Day elements, but I don’t think Green Day has done anything with that type of sound ever.
