Sadly, the SB halftime show this year is confirmed to be JLo and Shakira. I'd love to see our guys finally get a turn on that stage, but they might not be suited to what the NFL and organizers want out of halftime entertainment. I always thought GD would be the perfect half time show. Would have been perfect in 05 when they still included rock acts in the Madden games. Still, I would love to see the boys on there because the past few half time shows have been real stinkers. Maroon 5? Coldplay? JLO and Shakira? I thought the idea of releasing the first single back in september and the album in February was to use that time to release several singles and build up hype for the album, and that more money would be earned from the downloads of the singles, and all of that. So we didn't get any more singles. It just seems really strange to me. Sorry if this has already been discussed. It just hit me that we've spent more time in the last several months getting hyped over a hoax album and maybe that wouldn't have happened if there had been more singles. I know that they've done promotion and I really love the live performances of FOAM, but otherwise, it seems eerily quiet from the GD front, and now it's like 6 weeks til the album is released.
