Does anyone know if you NEED an account on Ticketmaster in order to but tickets on there? My sister is having major issues getting one (she tries to register and it says she already has an account, she tries entering her email to reset the password and it says she doesn't have an account), fuuuuck

Neither of us have seen them in person, but my girlfriend and I were talking about how entertaining being on Pete's side would be and realized that if we can, we're definitely getting seats (or hanging out in the pit) towards the right side!

In terms of Weezer, both Brian and Scott are pretty cool, so it's a win/win.

Having an account is preferable cause you can pre enter your card details and not have to type it all out- pretty sure you can check out as a guest but it would take longer. If she can't get into her account I'd just set up a new one with a different email.

Well my pit ticket came out to $220.25.

That’s more than it should be, it’s not even a resell ticket. But it is important to remember you’re seeing 3 of the only still somewhat relevant active bands of guitar-based rock music.

Not the worst deal in the world.

And for people to act surprised the band is being more businessman than punk; I think you need to re-analyze their career from 2000-onward.

I’m pretty stoked. I saw them at the whiskey, and even though the bands are all past their prime and don’t look as good, they still sounded amazing.

I've been curious too. Not only how pricing, procuring tickets etc. worked out but also how people felt about GD opening. Any published account i have read of GD's history up to American Idiot presents it as a huge blow. Do Green Day fans who went feel that it was humiliating or that it was a bit of a joke? Was that the general atmosphere in the fanbase or did anyone actually pass heed?

I turned on Lithium on XM in the car this afternoon and got the tail end of them talking about the Hella Mega tour and the DJ said they are coming to South America starting this fall.  Sorry if this was already mentioned.  Just checked the Hella Mega site and it says more dates coming soon.

Ah shit. Me and my friends are trying to get tickets for the US tour because we thought they were going to take so long to come back to South America  Now we're not sure we should buy them or not

If that’s true they better hurry and announce it, it’s fall starting next week and November is only two months away. 

I’m still hoping for US warm up shows in theatres but if they go to SA first that would only leave maybe Jan/Feb before Asia.

Thank you! I'm happy with the tickets I have, but I wish they were on the opposite side (and closer) or I can just get pit. Hopefully everything works out and I can get pit tickets and sell my current ones.

Weezer is already touring South America this fall, so the DJ may have been confused (or maybe Weezer will add more dates with Green Day and Fall Out Boy, or he meant fall 2020?)

I don't know what expectations to have. 

 

Surely they cant all sell out, otherwise there wouldn't be a general admission sale. Ideally looking for a good seated ticket.

I'm sure they are holding some back for the general sale later this week, but I wasn't going to risk it, so I bought today as I needed 4 tickets, preferably together.
