Has anyone looked into this site?Ā https://www.vividseats.com/concerts/green-day-tickets.html

Ā

I'm thinking those are scalpers.

If not, I'm pissed that Hersheypark doesn't have a pit and it's over $300 dollars for front row tickets.

I've been to Hershey for a few shows. For Paramore/FOB there were all seats. For like Harry Styles there was a standing pit in the front, it really all depends lmao

I know literally nothing about FOB except for random songs I've heard on the radio and I only know Weezer's old songs, so this should be interesting. Not planning on listening to either of their new stuff before the show. Green Day is the only thing I care about.

Still no "no purchase" code here.... I've now signed up to Fall Out Boy's and Weezer's mailing list all with 2 email addresses. The presale Gods are against me here.

Think theyā€™ll just come nearer the time, and be sent out to everyone at once as theyā€™re from the mailing list rather than for individuals based on album pre order.Ā

For anyone struggling with pre-sale. I'm in the UK and I went to sign up to the GD mailing list. I then read the guide on how to get pre-sale, and there's a page you have to go to to specifically sign up for free pre-sale. I got a code straight away.

Ā

https://greenday.warnerartists.net/greendaypresale/faq

Ā

Go down to where it says how you get pre-sale.MeĀ and my sister signed up and got our codes straight away.Ā

Ā

You don't sign up for the GD mailing list, you specifically sign up for pre-sale

Do you happen to know if there will be a pit at the London Stadium show? This is kind of the deciding factor for me for whether I fork out the big bucks or not.Ā

AUSTRALIA needs datesšŸŒž

With my luck it will be right before the Europe dates. I don't travel for a few years nothing happens. Less then a week after I book flights this all happens. Might get lucky again, in Japan from the 19/05-31/05, that leaves only 5 days where there whereabouts are unknown.Ā

I'm not sure, I was going to go to the London date as well as Hudd but nobody wanted to go with me so :D But I imagine there will be... its a GD show ! This wouldn't be the biggest rock show of 2020 if it was all seater :D

Theres not a pit you need to pay to enter, there'll probably be one on the day but that'll be purely a safety measureĀ

Iā€™m probably not the first to say this in here but I caught some YouTube videos from the whiskey the other night. Billie is giving me some crazy trilogy deja vu. With his mannerisms and general schtick, specifically between the first performance of FOAMF and the second.

Ā

and then that mini freak out in that billboard interview with Billie, Pete, and Rivers. It felt like a genuine ā€œfuck thisā€ vibe, idk, I can just sense something ainā€™t right imho.

Ā

i hope I am wrong, but Iā€™m feeling a lot of relapse vibes with him sadly...

Think he's talking about a standing GA area overall rather than the "golden circle/front pit" type of thing.Ā

I see where you're coming from, but it's too early to jump to conclusions. I'm sticking to presumption of innocence lol. It's not like we have any control over it anyway so I guess it's better not to focus on it too much.Ā

I refuse to believe they'd do all seating shows. That's insane.

I hope they add Let Yourself Go to the setlist. Would fit well after Father of All.Ā

Could go like this : Father of All -> Let Yourself Go -> Bang Bang

If official seating charts would come out that would be great.... my planner mentality isnā€™t happy with not knowing if there will be GA or not. Making me anxiety go through the roof!Ā

Sorry if this has been covered but does anyone have any idea how the presale will work? Will you have to click the link in the email do you think? Or go to a ticket site and enter the code?

I think I've heard that's sometimes a thing in the US. Never heard of it for a rock concert in a big venue over here though. I'm sure at London Stadium there will be standing!

Since itā€™s a code, you just go to the ticket page (in the US itā€™s ticketmaster) and then enter the code.

A few of FOBā€™s latest tours have been all seating so itā€™s possible. Since many of these are in baseball stadiums in the middle of baseball season, seats may make it easier to maintain the grass.

Ā

Itā€™s a code so Iā€™m thinking there will be an option on Wednesday for ā€˜fan presaleā€™ or something to that effect on the ticket buying page, and that then takes you through. I think Iā€™ve seen this before with other bands!

Ā

also, I absolutely remember at least one amphitheatre show on the summer 2010 tour in the states that didnā€™t have a pit. I think people just went down to the front anywayĀ

Ahh thanks forĀ letting me know, Iā€™d have otherwise missed the boat Ā šŸ˜‚ yeah Iā€™m assuming ticketmaster etc, theyā€™ve already got a timer for mailing list countdown and presale countdownĀ

Thanks! I was wondering whether it would be Ticketmaster or Seetickets or somewhere else or both somehow haha. Looks like it should be straightforward then
