The worry though is if they leave(or have left) it too late, there 1) won’t be any actual dates available 2) not enough crew around and 3) are just holding on to avoid refunds for as long as is possible.

They could be waiting for the Uk shows to be government banned too, but that could be weeks away

A lot of bands employ their own crew permanently, although I have no idea if Green Day are one of them. I think it's a case of seeing if they can move the entire tour or not. If they can only reschedule half the continent they might decide cost outweighs any profit.

I think it’s a really big thing to organise, three bands, buses, crews etc.  we just have to be patient.

Sure. But it was so predictable with all the restrictions and stuff (imo) ... and i saw a lot of other bands that already said "goodbye to 2020" and the Hella Tour is about to start. That's why i was wondering why they take so much time to announce anything. I mean, they were pretty confident with rescheduling the asia tour in March.

But yes patience is the key here... i was just wondering if i missed anything. ;)

They announced on their socials last week that they are working to reschedule Europe dates.

No it’s not, it’s officially not happening this summer. They’re working to reschedule it

Well, yes. Thank you. I am aware of that fact. Please have a look at the previous page... Maybe it was the wrong grammar: 'should actually start' ? Better? :P

Yes, hopefully they’ll release new dates soon.

They should revamp it.

The Hellier Mega-ier Tour, beefed up with more acts.

GREEN DAY / WEEZER / FALL OUT BOY will still be the main three, but some dates will have an extended line up of four or five bands.   Some dates will replace Fall Out Boy with some of these great alternates.   All dates will have at LEAST who was listed so people that paid to see +44 or Flogging Molly won't get screwed.   But surprise performances will be a thing.    Blink-182 just might run out, take Fall Out Boys gear and rock out with a cover of Neil Young or some crazy stuff like that.    Travis Barker might just pass out if Blink, Transplants and +44 have a ton of appearances.  Someone should make sure he's not drumming for more than 4 hours straight or something.  Also, someone needs to make sure he doesn't join EVERY band he comes in contact with.

Can you shut up with your stupid fake lists?

Maybe I need to make a Green Day Fan Fiction site where I'm the only member, hahaha.

Something was telling me to hold off on buying tickets for Hella Mega.   Mostly the price was telling me, but something else as well.   :)

This isn’t even the worst idea other than it’s Weezer they’d replace as FoB are definitely main support/co headline on this monster thing

Yeah, THAT part I would change.  Weezer gets NO respect in lineups.   My dad and I were really confused when we went to see Weezer.   They did perform last, after The Wilderness and Panic at the Disco.....but the entire crowd packed up and left after Panic.   Me and my dad were wondering why the crowd was so young and as the stampede of teenage girls left in a cloud of dust, we knew what was happening.    The crowd was for Panic, and most of them had never heard of Weezer.

No, it was nice seeing them without being packed in like sardines, but it was sad.

They've put out so much filler over their career that they've ended up being ignored by many.

UK venues(London stadium, glasgow, huddersfield) seem to be no longer saying postponed on their websites,

assuming they're just waiting for government cancellation notice?

they surely wont happen

EDIT

Ticketmaster has postponed them all now

Do people still care about McFly?

One of my favourite band. Unpopular opinion: I would prefer Mcfly rather than FOB. 😂

So, only Italy remains to be postponed.

Wake up, the shows are only 1 month away.

Or they try to find a way to cancelled (after the fight for a ticket)?

Don't worry, other European shows are postponed only by name  We still don't have any specific date for 2021 and it sucks!

I don’t understand what we’re going to do in 2021 to make big events possible.

Vaccine is on course to be developed by the start of next year, human trials are underway. Its not a guarantee, but it does look likely.

They'll happen when there's either a vaccine or a sizeable majority have had and recovered from the virus.

My Chemical Romance had the european tour postponed on summer 2021.

Also if there's no shows for two years how can the people working on that business (I'm not talking about bands or music company) survive?
