But that would mean two albums that they won’t play many songs from at the biggest hits tour :(

Seems like they are trying to organize the rest of the shows as well.

My guess is that they are waiting for the promoter in each country to officially pull the plug on the shows and then reschedule. They won’t say anything officially about the whole tour being rescheduled till then

I would expect those to change as well. Let them get the Europe dates sorted first, then see how things are going on the North American front.

I was going to the Cali dates but even SD ComicCon is cancelled which was supposed to "still" do happen, which is literally on the same dates as the shows in San Diego/Los Angeles. If ComicCon, one of the biggest events in the country was cancelled, is because nothing can go on at all.

I don't know about the mid august dates but the first U.S ones will definitely not happen, if they're planning to do at least some. Can they just reschedule everything already...

What does a number of our European shows mean?

It means a number of their European shows

the"a number of" part confues me a little. Seems like they've been forced into making some sort of announcement, even though the information isn't ready. I guess the pressure from fans etc has pushed them into saying something, even if that something isn't much

Delighted that they're rescheduling and not cancelling though

I know it’s a very difficult tour logistically time organise and it must be even harder to re-arrange, but some statement from the tour itself, even just acknowledging it’s ‘a tough time and dates are being assessed’ wouldn’t go a miss.

this radio silence is baffling

Clearly you were on to something. :P

I understand it is hard for everybody but imagine you're going to travel and need to know if your show will go on or not between that "number of shows". It is too vague. This should not go on in any country.
