I would love if I can get refunded for it but if they try to pull something (like Ticketmaster is apparently trying to do) I won’t be too sad considering Green Day in 2021 will probably be the first concert I see

Firenze Rocks 2020 near to cancellation for Covid - A summer without music. And a big question mark also on the next winter season. It now seems almost certain that the Covid 19 emergency will force all major outdoor events to be postponed or canceled, including Firenze Rocks 2020 , the festival that should have celebrated its fourth edition this year. Being able to attend the concerts of Vasco Rossi, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Green Day and Guns N'Roses at the Visarno Arena will probabily be "very difficult": to say it is Alessandro Bellucci , Le Nozze di Figaro's administrator , the Florentine company that promotes the festival together to Live Nation Italia. "We must necessarily wait for a government decision," says Bellucci. “Until the government clearly writes in the Official Gazette that live shows, in outdoor or indoor venues, cannot happen until an 'X date', we cannot be the one to give an official communication. Having said that, it seems difficult to me to have concerts this summer . " 

So no chance to reprogram Firenze Rocks 2020 in August? "It is a hypothesis that we cannot absolutely rule out, but I think it will be very difficult."

Are you working on solutions to be able to start again? "We are working on it, but all solutions must be agreed with the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, with the Revenue Agency. I'm surprised that there hasn't been an announcement yet, but my guess is that they're trying to move everything to similar times next year and will announce the postponement and new dates at the same time. At least, I am assuming that's what the hold up is...

This. They're not going to make a separate announcement for each show or a few at a time. I'm sure they're aware people are waiting for news but re-arranging a whole new world tour involving several bands isn't done in a day, surely. As mentioned before the Norway show is 100% happening next year so I trust they're working on everything behind the scenes.

This kind of reminds me of that one time during RevRad when there was a contest and a guy won a private Green Day concert and later it was reported that they played a new song called "Fuck These People". Whatever happened to this myth by the way? Ah those happy times😃

Well my hotel is shut for the foreseeable future and the damn agency cancelled my booking.  If it goes ahead now I’ll probably have to sleep on a park bench 😂😂
