Have they not actually postponed a single Hella Mega date yet? I’m wondering if that’s a much more difficult thing to coordinate and reschedule and if they are working on moving the whole thing en masse it’s gonna be one big announcement instead of shows piecemeal Yup, Vienna (Hella Mega) is cancelled for now, Asia and Alesund (Green Day only) are postponed. Beerjeezus
Anyway, would be nice if Hella Mega went on as a regular Green Day tour

I've already seen the Longshot in a small venue and was super close during a RevRad show. Two best shows of my life. Hella Mega with 30 mins of GD won't top that. I'm content. 30 mins y'know

Seanz25
The delay on cancelling Hella Mega London/Huddersfield suggests they're working on rescheduling everything to me.
The Grohl
The Struts just postponed their tour, which would've started in May, so I can see Hella Mega going that route. And honestly, I highly doubt they would just cancel the tour and schedule a normal one (as much as I would want them too). It honestly doesn't make sense because they were making a huge deal about the tour. Plus, Weezer and Fall out Boy are notable bands. Doesn't sound like something they would just like that. I doubt they’d go to the trouble of scheduling and marketing this massive tour (which outside of the Green Day fandom would actually be considered a really good lineup) just to cancel it. Beside the jokes (because I'm one of the 'I wish I could see only Green Day' 😂) we have to keep in mind that if the ticket remain valid, they won't be able to do an arena tour because of the size/venue's capacity

This is what I'm thinking too. Maybe they want to make it another way around what they did with Asian dates. It would be nice to have new dates at the same time when they inform about the rescheduled tour. I know that they can't know all of the new dates for now, but hopefully as many as possible. RedundantIdiot
I think they're working out the new dates right now so that they can make their announcement with the list of new dates. As for the England gigs (London & Huddersfield) they've got coaches to get people to and from the gigs, therefore they'll have to be talking to the coach company about their plans for postponing the gigs as fans are supposed to be confirming their coach travel later this month. herewegoagain
The Norwegian promoters said on facebook that the new date is coming "very soon" and they've been legit so far. But yeah, even if Hella Mega/solo shows are handled slightly differently it would make sense to limit the number of announcements coming from the band. They’ll announce all euro dates together you’d guess Both hella mega and standard

The world will have to return to normal someday, even if it is a year from now. It’s not like these arenas will sit empty forever, whether it’s concerts or sporting events. At this point I think it’s safe to assume they’re just getting their ducks in a row for a postponement announcement.

Hella Mega will either get delayed a year or cancelled entirely

No I meant like they won't be able to change a stadium venue to an arena because they have already sold ad admount of tickets Usually, it happens the opposite, like change a small venue to a bigger one Or maybe this is just a stupid thought 😂

They might do multiple dates I suppose, but that creates more headaches for which tickets are valid for which date.

I thought you meant because of restrictions on the size of gatherings, these shows can't happen. Sorry!

I guess they still can do it if they cancel this tour and do another one. (which would be a pain in the ass 😂)
