Basically a guy threw this hat at Billie who threw it again and one of my friend took it. It started off as part of someone's Xmas decorations. When they tossed it, a neighbor rescued it. There's some really strange Pop Punk groups of facebook guys. S*** gets weird. Pop Punk Kids just has people posting "is this pop punk" or "is that pop punk" and a bunch of selfies, drama and the like.
