I highly doubt that he would be. It's been a thing that he does for years and it's completely harmless and stupid - part of his goofball stage persona. Super different from groping or touching someone or doing something that violates a person's sense of physical and/or mental well being, which is the main reason why many men get "cancelled". All Billie does is moon an audience of people who are already GD fans and know that he's a sweet, dorky idiot. He knows better than to do it on live TV, but a Green Day show just for the fans is fair game.

I agree with you that I miss naughty Billie, though. He needs to loosen up again. I want to see more pelvic thrusting during St. Jimmy and Longview again. And moaning. The HAR moaning is nice. 😏

People need to let up on this. Statements like this just show how badly people fail to understand what the problem with sexual abuse actually is (not necessarily saying you, just speaking in general). It's about the abuse of power and the use of sex to control others (think Andrew Cuomo). It is NOT about consensual sexual acts between adults or about sexual entertainment aimed at a willing adult audience, and dragging such things into the conversation only trivializes the real problem. It's also a dangerous way to control the behavior of law-abiding adults and a backdoor route back into the oppression of women and LGBTQ+ folx. If Billie showing his ass should be canceled, then we also need to cancel all porn, strip clubs, and other forms of adult entertainment. Oh wait, you all are saying you don't want to do that? Then let's all get honest and call this what it actually is: a cultural hissy fit over women enjoying sex.

Um, not aware of a dick being taken out in a livestreamed event so can you point me to this? Also not sure how that differs from him pulling his pants down on stage? And aren't you the person who is totally cool with dicks in the other thread? Also I think the "unwanted advance" thing is a pretty gross exaggeration. He was goofing a around flirting with people and they were flirting back. No women ever said it was unwanted to the best of my knowledge. And it certainly not like he was trying to get any sexual favors from these people or exert any kind of control over them. I really wish we could all stop going through this and start focusing on the actual problems of rape culture instead of every little stupid thing we want to get offended and cause drama about.

• I am absolutely fine with dicks, however, in our culture, pulling one out in public might do a number to one’s reputation. I’m glad it didn’t.

• I would say that randomly approaching someone and going “if I wasn’t married I’d fuck you right now!” is uncalled for, even if the person is a good sport about it and doesn’t complain. I mean, at the least, it’s not a very polite way to start a conversation.

• I agree with you that it’s good that no one made a big deal out of it instead of focusing on actual problems.

He only showed some pubes at iheart! Not much different to usual with how low he tends to wear his trousers . But yeah also it's been pretty thoroughly acknowledged by Billie/everyone that he behaved badly that day, and he sought help for his issues as a result and apologised, so it's not really like he "got away" with something.

I had really hoped this video and song were a sign of the direction that was to come for them... then we got FOAM and puking unicorns.

I like the look of this video but the FOAM looks were 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Love the leopard, pops of color and glitter.

The sound of BITUSA sounds pretty typical Green Day and I think it was more about the message. I don’t think the theme or the lyrics of Back in the USA need to be explored or revisited too much. I think Billie said he didn’t want to write about Trump but there was a little bit of that. Kinda was all summed up there. Sort of disappointed by the song but glad it was a one-off. It was good and got the message across without making a whole album out of it.

I love BJA’s love/crush songs a lot. I was hoping for more of those on FOAM. Too bad was there even one song like that on FOAM? Not sure. It was a fun record but definitely disappointed there were none of those broken-hearted/crushy songs. Kind of dirty and like a fuck you and felt like getting drunk and going a drug bender but without the comedown. However, I am very happy they experimented. I love when they try new things. Even if it doesn’t work that well for everyone’s tastes it’s great the band isn’t stagnant. They tend to always at least try to be  fresh and exciting and that’s what I love about them. Good or bad they keep us guessing and that’s amazing. Being a Green Day fan is far from boring.

I think they looked super hot in the FOAM video 🔥🔥🔥🔥 and cute/hot in Back in the USA (adorkable).

Not looking to get into a huge debate. I think @Hermione just established that what you are talking about never happened as far as iHeart. The comment I took as a joke; it may have not been the most appropriate comment, but the person did not seem offended. Maybe they knew each other and had that kind of relationship where they could joke around like that. If someone comes forward and says Billie harassed them, that will be different. I believe survivors. I do NOT believe third-party people who *think* they saw something creepy and get offended and read stuff into/project stuff onto what they think they saw to cause an uproar. That's how the world got QAnon. ("Look, Joe Biden is hugging a child! He must be a pedo!")

He’s so bad and so cute!!!!!! AND BAD!!!! (Naughty). You can see it in his eyes! Perfect! I’m gonna watch Life is Beautiful and watch the little devils kind look in this eyes. I cannot wait until after the pandemic and he’s set loose again  some of those party pics from before are amazing. This tour is boring for that type of stuff.

I am hoping for the best. I can’t wait for small tours. I can’t wait for the Longshot tour and I hope they lengthen it out a bit and stay in some of the cities a bit more than a day or two to catch some more after parties etc. It would be cool if they randomly went to local shows on days off. Has that ever happened?

At the Longshot in Washington DC Billie was watching a band on another stage downstairs while the Trash Bags were on playing! 

And he cheekily announced during the Longshot's set "free drinks on the Trash Bags!" I don't know if anyone got a free drink

If I remember rightly Billie was once hanging out at 1234Go Records on a show night and got on stage to play drums with I think it was Bobby Joe Ebola

They should definitely make this more of a regular thing! It would make tours way more exciting for the band and the cities they visit.
