Exactly! The ideal male body as it's presented by media is just an unrealistic standard and promo for the fitness industry, while it has little to do with actual physical wellbeing.

Yes. It's the same thing. I didn't really get to see the extent of it because I never searched anything that made me a target, but recently I started watching workout videos because I discovered excersise makes my back stop hurting  and now I get ads to the weirdest scams imaginable.... like a diet that basically tells you to starve and go for long walks (lmao no thanks i know what that feels like from hikes i packed too little food for) and the last time I was on youtube I had to watch this five minute ad where they talked about a weight loss excersise program and it was so brainwash-y, like one of those TV scams where they talk people into buying overpriced bullshit... Thankfully I'm enough a narcissist to not let that get to me, but this must be so painful to people who struggle with body image.

Yeah, I actually don't get that many weird weight loss ads because I don't really look for stuff like that online. I do my own workout stuff at home that I came up with myself LOL. But yeah, I know what you mean. I have struggled with body image issues (among other self-image issues) my whole life, even though I am at a healthy weight and have been for most of my life.

I agree with all you guys are saying and I’ll agree Billie doesn’t look 50, but 50 is not that old (yes, I can hear all you young things groaning 😂😂) but he looks great, long may it continue.  I think Warning was his heaviest but if it’s true that photos etc put on about 8lbs then he was very slim around AI.  He seemed pretty slight to me during 21CB, first time I saw him in real life and Rev rad but sadly, never been that close.  We need luck folk to describe his he felt when they hugged him etc! I’ve seen him described as small but pretty well muscled 🤪

We need to conduct a Billie-hugging study and collect data on people's descriptions of how he feels. How does one volunteer to be a Billie-hugger? 🤣

This thread is about many things LOL. Usually it is for people to post photos and drool over them LOL. Others times it is for bizarre discussions (which are intended as jokes), and sometimes for meaningful discussions (like I hope this one about body positivity has been). Often it's for people to get upset and clutch their pearls over things they find "offensive" (which are usually just fine when they say them but terrible when someone else does). Above all, this is probably not a thread for someone your age.

You don't actually upload photos here. They have to already live on the Internet somewhere and then you right click one and choose "copy image address" and then paste the address here and it will embed the photo.

His pants are generally below the hip tattoos.  This is the pic I always think of for low pants.

I think he looks good here. This was when he was at his heaviest and he still looks terrific. He's always just been a really attractive person (with a few gremlin phase exceptions) and his weight doesn't affect that at all.

I agree with @Slave To The Network, Billie really always looks attractive, just sometimes unbelievably so.  I have no idea how he kept those pants on in that pic and I too am not sorry that phase has gone, especially with his long back, it looked a little weird!  I think there are people here who have hugged Billie.  We need to conjure up @Hermione to tell us about her close encounter with Billie’s thigh maybe!? 😉😉🙏🙏

Body positivity is such a great thing for people who suffer with body image disorders, especially in our current age where technology is stuck to people's faces since kindergarten. Parenting has gone to shit. It all fucks up the little kid's brain, and then later, with all the irrational expectations of one's looks all around, it makes it too easy to develop such a disorder. So what I wanna say is that only the THICC KINGS don't care, hell the THICC don't care if they don't understand German or write songs about killing themselves 'cause they just too THICC to handle. Miss me with that skinny beta Mayday Parade shit!! Skinny emo wanna kill themselves because of a crush not responding to their whiny text. What the fuck?? THICC shall rise!!

Totally agree. He has always looked amazing. That was my point here. He looked great and I don't understand why people keep calling him fat LOL. Definitely did not love the saggy pants as a fashion choice but was a little hopeful they would give us a glimpse of bare booty LOL.

Not sure I understand this whole post LOL, but I do agree that media messages can fuck up people royally, and some parenting definitely leaves a lot to be desired. We are told some messed up stuff about what we are supposed to be and what is valuable from a very young age, and it does a lot of damage to a lot of people.

I was once between Billie's thighs with my hand on one while he knelt into the crowd singing at FBHT. Can confirm he had firm thighs in 2009. Can also confirm he had hairy calves, because I inadvertently grabbed his bare lower leg while holding him up as he crowdsurfed and it was the single most surreal moment of my life. 

Btw Billie called that Nimrod/Warning time his "fat Elvis years" . He said himself he put on the weight from drinking too much beer so I think it is fair to say it wasn't the healthiest. Still he's never been far from an average/normal weight and he looks hot whether he's slim or thicc.

Anyway, I get what you mean, I do recall Billie talking about drinking too much beer so I am glad he got healthier. He was still gorgeous though. You can see his thigh muscles in the thong vid so it's not like he was super fat and squishy then either LOL.
