The surgeon cited Billie as his inspiration. He said that he "wanted a bellie-enhancing procedure to be available to those who desire a bellie as beautifully bulbous as Billie's". It was one of the greatest dreams I've ever had. I'm sure there was more to it but unfortunately this is all I can recall.
