You got a few lyrics incorrect there.

I appreciate her effort nonetheless. It literally just got released and the gist seems classic Billie!

Lol OW isn’t playable I think thats a sign it’s the single/video. Dying to hear it

What do you mean? Works fine for me, I haven't received a take-down so far, it just takes a while to load, i.e. it's stuck at the beginning, but it does play after a while. That's just my internet I guess...

Ok. I think (''Back in the USA'') has a very nice (emotional, too) melody but the song's ''poverty'' (due to its musical style, predictable ''pop punk'') doesn't make justice to the whole thing. Also, talking from a rhythmic point of view, the ''...back in the USA!'' final chorus' vocal bit doesn't match the instruments in a ''right'' way, to me. Even if Green Day still mean so much to my ''world'', I gotta be honest and admit that I'm not that into 'em like I was in... 2009? So, if I played Revolution Radio without any GREAT expectations you can all easily imagine that I'm not looking for anything HUGE out of a new song that it's out there just because of a greatest hits compilation. Anyway, I don't like the production, those guitar and vocal overdubs drown the song in the bottom of the mix. I can't hear Billie Joe's voice (decently, at least), it's like he's singing out of the recording room but... there's a reason behind me mentioning you my relationship with this band. I'm talking about the lyrics. I've felt shivers down my spine.

OW sounds like a song from Foreverly. Miranda Lambert doesn't have her own part so there's no big difference to the original (which I prefer).

To be quite honest with you, I actually like the duet i.e. Miranda and Billie singing it. I don't know what it is, but I like it. I haven't listened to Back In The USA yet, I think I'll wait a bit...

For ''Ordinary World'', well, it's one of my favourite songs from Revolution Radio so... It's not a battle between the original and this ''new'' version but I'm with the solo version all of the time.

Initial reaction: it's ok. But definitely not more than a B-side in my opinion (assuming it's this one )

Agreed. And I don't like the echo effect :P. But it's a good energetic song! Cool (if not at all surprising) that it's topical.

That opening guitar riff sounds like another GD song. Which one???

OW plays if you try again, I got a "taken down by Warners" first and then it played a few minutes later on trying again.  It's ok, don't think Miranda Lambert adds much, she often sounds just a little off to me, could be the country twang, it may grow on me.

I like Back In The USA!  As ever, couple of errrors in the lyrics, Billie sings "smalltown" not "hometown" and also "no place else to go".  It's short and catchy.  I don't get what @disappearingfs means, I hear Billie fine and some backing vocals!

''American Idiot''? :P Reminds me of a few Alkaline Trio tunes, too X0

And... a song that I'M SURE it's on 21st Century Breakdown and another one from another band, mmmh!

Ok, sadly OW has been taken down. However, weirdly enough, Back In The USA is still up...
