The possible new one looks more like it's directly under his throat? I think it's the way he's standing /the angle. The picture itself is a mirrored image. You can tell by Sara's tattoos. He covered his Dena tattoo back in 2012 with an elaborate pattern and it looks like he just added the keyhole.
