When a fan gets too bold on stage he always has to top it or at least make them do what he wants.  It might be his natural reaction (I'm pretty sure that if a fan did something wild onstage, Billie would overdo them no matter what) but of course he has to stay in charge. In fairness Scottish people are pointing out the rain was nothing much and as someone who attended the gig in Dublin I know this has to be rubbish as it was torrential rain and wind the entire week before and during the gig.
