Here's a link to "Highway 1"

Fun Fact - This is how I was introduced to GDA. I was trying to figure out all about Foxboro Hot Tubs and I think at the time they had only released a 6 song digital EP. Pretty disappointed this wasn't on the album - I also miss all those intros from old movies.

Anyone of you ever bought something from the 1-2-3-4 Records store?
Do you know how much time it can take? I bought all the Pinhead Gunpowder records + Love is for Loser vinyl last saturday. I have a confirmation email about my purchase but still no confirmation email about a shipping or anything.

Ask them directly they’re really good with communication. I’ve bought stuff but past experience won’t help you because the US mail is so fucked right now after Trump messed with it. I’ve had packages sent and received this month that should have taken three days and instead are taking ten.

I haven't purchased anything with them yet, but they're very good at responding! And if you need to cancel orders they'll do it no problem.

No way I'm cancelling this order. My collection will be over :bunny: (except some B-side Green Day album I don't have).

The tracking didn't tell me anything the whole time, but I got No Fun Monday pretty fast.  It came on Monday.

I need some physical copies of Pinhead Gunpowder and Love is for Losers.   And Longshot.

I need the video from this show.   Green Day Live - 1992-11-18, 924 Gilman St, Berkeley, California

I need to know if this is the one with the phone number.     I am looking for the phone number incident before Dookie was released.

There is no video from that show... it wasn't even a public show, it was a private party on a weekday.

Does anyone have the fake Green Day song that Daniel Soxic/Dookiefied/Hearts at War made in 1997? The one that sounds kind of like Worry Rock.

Can anyone recommend any artists/songs with the twangy, Western-style guitar on Take the Money and Crawl and Art of the Deal with the Devil?

Did anyone ever find out what they did with Tunny's legs when he was in the wheelchair in American Idiot? I know people asked Stark Sands and he wouldn't tell. I'm still curious.

@101eras In the Wrigley Field interview press conference I think it was, when they were asked about it, Tre said the other suggestion’s name rhymed with or sounded like David Schnoperfield and Mike and Billie fell about laughing, but then Billie said years ago that Tre was obsessed with him.  Probably just a joke but it’s the only time I’ve heard them talk about it.

Do we think we'll get a new Green Day record this year?

Blink-182 are dropping one, and what's interesting about that is that the two bands never drop albums the same year, with the exception of 1995 and 2016.

Chesire Cat came out in early 95, with Insomniac in late 95.    And Green Day were feeling the pressure to hurry up with that Dookie Volume Dos real quick.

California came out in July of 2016, while Rev Rad came out in late 2016.   Perhaps feeling the pressure to not wait any longer after the tragic Trilogy era.

I guess what I'm saying is that if Blink-182's starts with a C, we'll get a new Green Day album that starts with either an I or a R this year.

Blink drops Candy Balls

Green Day drops Incendiary Grenades or something.

Does anybody have video of Foxboro Hot Tubs doing "Brain Stew" at Brazos Hall in Austin in 2014 or did nobody film it?

Has anyone ever seen a personnel listing for Stop Drop and Roll other than the one on Wikipedia? That one only credits Billie with lead vocals and has Jason and Kevin (who had nothing to do with the album) credited for guitars. I have a hard time believing that Billie didn't do at least some of the guitar parts.

Does anyone have a link to the long-form videos of GD in the studio making Nimrod? I added it to my Watch Later on YouTube yesterday and the channel got deleted.

Does anyone know the story behind the song title "Bab's Uvula Who?"? Amazing song! One of my favorites for sure, but what a weird-ass name.

They were all in the download section here, have they had to go too?

Think it was the name of a SNL sketch originally, but yeah, still weird, no idea what it was about or why they used it?

The title of the song is taken from a 1976 Saturday Night Live sketch called “Babs' Uvula”, in which a uvula specialist (Chevy Chase) tell his patient Babs (Gilda Radner) a “Knock, knock” joke:

"Knock, knock.

Who’s there?

Babs' uvula.

Babs' uvula who?

I don’t know, Babs. But I do know this – you’ve really let your uvula go to the dogs."

I apologize in advance if this question is inappropriate due to the topic being asked. If it is, feel free to have this deleted.

Why was Brain Stew added to the Clear Channel Memorandum in the wake of 9/11? I’ve went over the song’s lyrics, and can’t find anything that could possibly relate to the attack on the Twin Towers, or that could trigger thoughts of the tragic event.

I think it's just the name of the song. The CCM had so many songs on the list just for their names or for one line out of the songs.

I'm assuming when The Network played "Hungry Hungry Models" live that the drums were pre-recorded and played over the PA system? Because no one is playing drums on the Disease Is Punishment DVD on that song and you can still hear them.
