There was also this legendary one (before Billie had his own account so he was using the Green Day one, it was after they met at a FBHT show): I'd forgotten at first but I found it while looking for that one! I knew he'd directly mentioned GDA in a tweet. So thanks

iTokerBoySwag
Can anyone tell me if there is a download from the show in Montreal, Canada on March 22nd 2017 at the Bell Centre during the Revolution Radio tour, there is no thread for it in the downloads section. Wondering if there's any audio or video from this show?

I was planning to go to the show on August 18th 2017 in Toronto at the Budweiser Stage with a friend, I had paid out 1000$ for 2 VIP tickets for us, and he had enough air miles on his card for 2 free round trip flights for us to go. It was the week before the show, and he bailed on the plan, and I didn't have the money at that short of notice for flights there and back. So I was down 1 grand, and didn't even get to go. I was pissed. 2 minutes ago, iTokerBoySwag said: Yeah I'm from Nova Scotia. I've never had an opportunity to go to a show tho. iTokerBoySwag
is it common for people to drink to much at Green Day shows? 58 minutes ago, iTokerBoySwag said: Yeah I'm from Nova Scotia. Beerjeezus
I usually have a couple drinks at regular shows, but when I’m really into the music, I don’t want to miss out by going to get drinks and then drinking instead of concentrating on the music
Little Boy Named Booze
Just saying, I've never drank during a Green Day show. Always front row and all my head. But the 20 others artists I see in a years, holy shit I'm always drunk. Well you're probably not surprised if you often read the cocktail thread. jengd
I never understand why people pay all that money to go see a band and can’t stay and watch, instead of constantly going back and fore to the bar. I wish they would close the bars once the band starts. Don’t know about other places but in the UK for a few years now the trend seems to be packs (and yes I mean packs) mainly of women get so pissed before the concert that they start ruining it for everyone and have to be removed, or don’t even get in! It’s kind of hilarious but kind of sad. Edited April 28, 2020 by jengd Additiin
Hermione
I don't drink at Green Day shows because my entire focus is getting and staying as near the stage as possible, I wouldn't want to risk losing my place or needing a wee lol. But while I wouldn't want to be blackout drunk it can be fun to have a bit of a buzz going while watching a band.
solongfromthestars
Yeah, British people are always drunk at gigs. Less so in North America but there are still quite a few. I get having a few drinks but to me, gigs are too expensive to get blackout drunk. Recently I've also noticed more drunks being dicks too. If someone can't drink without punching random people I don't think they should be getting that drunk in a crowd, but that's just me.

I couldn't see myself drinking at an expensive show, especially Green Day, but I've gotten skunk drunk at small bar shows seeing shorty rappers and small artists. I've never seen Green Day live yet, but I would definitely need to be in the right mind. I'd want to remember everything. It sucks I haven't been able to see the yet, been waiting 15 years. By the looks i might be waiting 15 more.
The Grohl
A little buzz could be fun, but for that I'd rather take a hit before a show and not to the point where I'm too goofy to remember anything. It's more so to calm me down because I always get pre-show jitters. It helps me chill out and enjoy the show more. Plus, it helps me stave off pain from standing around all night.
Little Boy Named Booze
I remember getting completely drunk as fuck before a Blink show. And at my surprise, the band was drunkier and it was a shitty show. Because live Blink suck.
