The vinyl is expensive! Goes for $30+. I borrowed it from one of my friends to rip the tracks and scan all of the covers, but unfortunately I had to give it back to him :P That was a hard one to let go of! The CD is cheaper, but it doesn't have the same songs as the vinyl.

I have the vinyl and I don't remember what I paid for it which is probably a good thing because with shipping it was probably horrendous  I got it from No Idea Records and the copy I got was scribbled on on the outside with pink marker which they claimed was done by Aaron himself. I've no idea if that's true or not but I was happier buying it from them than from eBay or Discogs. I didn't know that the CD had different tracks  Oh no...now you've started me off on a search for the CD

Is Forever Now the first song in which any of the names of the band members is mentioned?

I wonder if this story is true or made up. It's all over my tumblr feed right now.

That sounds totally fake to me, but it could very easily be real.  It's one of those hard-to-verify stories, which isn't far fetched at all yet still is written in a way that (at least to my sceptical mind) doesn't feel true.

Yes, as far as I remember. Tre's song Billie Joe's Mom is the only other name-mentioning song I can think of.

I agree, it just rubs me the wrong way too. It does sound fake.

I've watched many, many videos of people singing Longview on stage but not seen that, and I feel like if something significant like that happening during it had been filmed I definitely would've seen it, or even if it wasn't filmed would've at least heard about it. Does sound like something that could happen though, and could just not have been filmed or reported or could've happened in a more subtle way than described so no one picked up on it. I'd be more inclined to believe it if they'd mentioned what show it was and/or it wasn't posted as an anonymous ask.

I guess not if you count the intro to Maria.

Just wondering, which songs from RevRad are eligible for next year's grammys? (if any, but I'm pretty sure bang bang came out in time?)

Bang BAng is eligible for this years Grammies, but Revolution Radio, the album won't be eligible until next year.

I think so.  I couldn't find the exact day they were released, but the cutoff date was Sept 30, 2016.  So, the album missed the cutoff by a week.

hmm yeah I checked and still breathing was released about the 23rd, it's just not been very clear whether it definitely counts as a single, or if that matters

probably the ideal way to do it from a record company's point of view, they have a decent chance at two consecutive years grammys

More of a concert question, but for each show, how long before the show do tickets go on sale? Like can you buy tickets now for the 2017 leg of the tour, or are they announced and sold a few weeks before each show? Sorry if I make no sense. :P I'm thinking about going with my aunt, but first I want to be sure I can even get the tickets.

Tickets went on sale a few weeks ago and most of them sold out pretty instantly, you're probably gonna have to buy scalped tickets at this point

I don't know how it works elsewhere, but here we were given about a week's notice. The announcement of tour dates was made, along with "tickets on sale [roughly one week from announcement]". I already have tickets for 3/5 shows I'm going to in May, and I'm getting the last two in the next couple of weeks (keeping a close eye on when they go from this to something more like this).

Where does it officialy says that Forever Now is divided in three parts (I'm Freaking Out, A Better Way to Die, Somewhere (Reprise))? I still haven't bought the album, so I'm not sure if it's listed like that on the back cover or in the booklet.

I've first seen it on Wikipedia and it seemed kind of odd, since I've never read anything about that up until then. But I see it's up on GDA too, so what's going on?

Seems unnecessary, we could already hear that the three parts of the song are "I'm Freaking Out", "A Better Way to Die", and "Somewhere (Reprise)" without it being labelled, it's not like it's almost complete songs put together like JOS/Homecoming. Then again they also divided 21st CB into "acts" for no apparent purpose and felt the need to write "I put the riot in patriot" as "I put the 'riot' in PatRiot" in the new booklet too so I guess they like subtitles and spelling things out :P

How helpful of them . Although unfortunately it just makes it sound like they're referring to a guy called "Pat Riot" when you read it.

That's a pretty great stage name and I truly hope someone, somewhere, is using it.
