I didn't see this posted anywhere but it was confirmed Panic Song was played live at some small shows, pretty sure it was thought to have never been playing live or at least it hasn't been documented.

Mike said it on his Instagram story and so I put it in the Instagram thread

It was ok. Not Mike Flanagan best series but I think it was better than Bly Manor lol

But  @The 99th revolution said it was a Dookie leak?

It's a joke and he probably meant a Nimrod leak because Time of Your Life was out in 1997 on Nimrod.
And Midnight Club story is in 1994 (when Dookie got released)

So the timeline doesn't fit with the song.

For one, you're right for it being a joke, but the "Dookie leak" is intentional because Time of Your Life was going to be a Dookie track at some point, IIRC. The article said the song was written '93 during their Kerplunk tour.

I got excited thinking we'd get an official Saviors chart.

  • Love the RS article, Tre says Mike does the cooking, Mike says Billie does the cleaning and Tre says he does the eating and writing songs when asked what their relationship is like 😂 There have been some really good interviews but not enough with all three of them together.  Loved the NPR podcast, great to hear them speak with such affection about the band!

To answer the question: HE IS!! Take into consideration his absolute hardcore voice impression in Take Back and short "SHAA" in Castaway.

I’m pretty sure I’ve watched a video of her speaking about Billie Joe before but this appears to be new, will need to look.  Interesting to hear what she says about his voice placement which must surely partly explain the uniqueness of his voice.
