Random Green Day News

More like Kerrang goes out of its way to try to create Green Day related news so as to sell copies. This is the second time in as many months they have used the headline about Broadway saving Billie which, unless I've been in a coma never actually happened...ever. It's just a stupid dramatic and very cliche headline which sells well but if anyone actually knows the timeline of what was going on with Billie (with drugs/alcohol/rehab etc...and broadway being before rehab and during his non-sober/using period) knows this story is basically going to be another pathetic attempt to reel in the news starved GD devotees. They never have ANYTHING new .

Next week in Kerrang: Ronnie Blake on how he grew arms.

Green Day were featured on Never Mind the Buzzcocks on Monday night as part of their "explicit content" round, where you have to guess which music videos had to be censored.. Kill The DJ was shown.. and then a follow up question was asked about why Billie was thrown off a flight

The strangest thing happened: Kerrang! has something Green Day in it for the new issue! :shok:

They have an article that says "How Broadway saved Billie Joe" on the cover

Whoda thunk it, Green Day in Kerrang!

The worst thing is that the same article was as cover of the magazine this same year

I plan on seeing the movie soon, so I'll let you all know if it's in the actual movie. ;)

The only time I've ever heard "All By Myself" referred to as "magnificent".

Perhaps "magnificently hidden" would have been a more appropriate heading :)

'The former is 'chilling for the rest of this year' then going to Australia in February with Green Day.'

I hope that note came on the RS México next month!!!! :runaround:

The issue of this month has Paul McCartney on the cover but there's nothing about Billie and Norah inside :c
