I wasn't sure if i should post this, but it seems that there's a big rumor that Green Day would be performing on Argentina next year at Lollapalooza. It seems that there's a big company that is talking to Green Day about this. I guess we just have to wait.

Sorry for the bad english

(i don't post the link cause everything it's in spanish, but it's just big RUMORS)

Did I just read Argentina?!?!?! Dios mío!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :runaround:

Ojalá fuera verdad

Although, Lollapalooza never happened here, I think :ermm: and that's weird...

I hate fucking festivals, but I love any chance to see Green Day live!

It makes me happy most people is claiming for GD on both sites <3<3<3

Well, it seems that Lollapalooza Argentina is confirmed http://entretenimiento.starmedia.com/musica/festival-lollapalooza-2014-llevara-cabo-en-argentina.html, and people is saying that Green Day and Arctic Monkeys are confirmed for the same day at the festival, but it's not completely true.

John Kiffmeyer in article

6 Punk Musicians Who Seriously Missed The Boat

http://dyingscene.com/news/youre-out-of-the-band-6-punk-musicians-who-seriously-missed-the-boat/

I disagree that he missed the boat, from everything I've heard it sounds like he had very different ideas/ideals about how bands should be so he wouldn't have wanted to be in Green Day on a major label and as it is now. He wouldn't want to be on the boat!

John Roecker has just posted this on fb :) I love the pic!

Getting ready for the movie for next year's release on my Kitchen nook.

It just made my day that there is a bag of sour cream and cheddar Ruffles on the table.. Those are my favorite chips of all time.

LOL I just came back from the supermarket where I bought that exact bag of Ruffles

His excessive hinting about the release next year actually makes me somewhat believe it'll happen... whether any of us get to see it is a different question :P

It looks like they're hand painting the lyrics to American Idiot for that video they did with the cards!

Is the photo from 2004-ish? Sure hope it's not new. :/

And looking forward to the documentary!

Its not new. I thought it from 2002 based on how BJA is dressed, but if hes writing the words to AI then its 2004

I mean the whole American Idiot video made like that with the signs, I've seen it by itself on YouTube before.

It's part of that Fuse version of Heart Like a Hand Grenade. Only place I've seen it.

Due to John's history of hinting and hyping up and then nothing happening I'll never let myself get excited about it until it's actually out. But this is definitely a positive sign :D

My queue is some word from the band or label that it's actually happening. They've never done that before, even when John was saying it would happen, so I assume when they actually say it is I'll be on board.

Green Day's 10 best pop culture moments

Green Day have certainly come a long way since Kerplunk. While the spiked hair and guy-liner still linger, these days the east bay punk rockers have families, sellout stadiums and headline Soundwave Over the course of 11 albums and a couple of all-American anthems, they’ve also become somewhat of an institution in popular culture. Whether it be a cameo in The Simpsons movie or a guest-spot on TV show Nurse Jackie, Billie Joe Armstrong, Tre Cool and Mike Dirnt spend just as much time acting/modeling/animating as rocking out. Here are 10 of our favourite non-musical Green Day moments.

Pretty cool list. I actually didn't know the Chris Issaks one (didn't even know he had a show!) or the Tony Hawk one. funny enough, I think I have that game
