pacejunkie punk
Yeah, they clearly didnt know which albums the songs were from and it was funny that it seemed to them that Billie was "making it up as he went along" (as if) but the last paragraph was actually beautiful and made the piece worth reading.

For anyone who wasn't there, where the article said the fan plays She they mean Knowledge. A guy played She and he did very well. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/green-day-ends-their-revolution-radio-tour-back-on_us_59c0df44e4b0f96732cbc8e5 My favourite part is "Longview (from the new album)", followed by "Younglood (both from 1994)". 1
Hermione
Yeah little mistakes aside it's a nice and sweet review. I did chuckle at "Bill Joe" though 3
Popular Post LaughingClock
I just got some amazing news. Not sharing it. Don't ask. I know I am a dick for even posting this but I just go the coolest Green Day news I've heard in a long time. :evil smile: I totally know how dick it is to post this and I wish so bad I could share it with you but alas I cannot. You don't know so don't make shit up and put it on me. Mods feel free to erase this since it literally has zero substance in the post. 21 hours ago, Hermione said: Yeah little mistakes aside it's a nice and sweet review. I know it was a goofy post to post nothing but I had to share it somehow. LOL. I have never once said I am not an asshole. 36 minutes ago, pacejunkie punk said: @LaughingClock !!!!!! I wrote "I learned my lesson" before reading your message @pacejunkie punk , but yeah, did. Even without, I TBH, I wouldn't post this info. Anyway, let's move on because I won't post it and now I feel like a bigger dick than when I posted nothing. Ha! I'll tell you what the THING is once it okay too and everyone knows, I'll let you know what thing it was. I know right, great. Lol. What a cruel cocksucker, I know. As for whether they will announce during TV spots, 1) I am not privy to what they will be announcing or not at their TV appearances. 32 minutes ago, herewegoagain said: I think I like Bill Joe even better than Billie Joe lmao I think Bill Joe rolls off the tongue, kind of nice. I would love to see the reaction to this sentence in the estrogen filled Fan Girls thread. 1

desertrose
Green Day 'Revolution Radio' Tour 2017 We caught up with production and lighting designer Ethan Weber and lighting director and programmer Tommy Horton for Green Day’s hometown show in Oakland, CA. Although the band has been playing mostly in arenas and sheds for their Revolution Radio tour, this show, staged on Aug. 5 at Oakland, CA’s Alameda County Coliseum, is one of the band’s stadium gigs. The tour, in support of Green Day’s Sept. 2016 album by the same name, is a 120-show trek that launched Sept. 26, 2016, one day after the album’s debut. Since then, the Revolution Radio tour has included multiple legs in North America and Europe along with a series of shows in Australia and New Zealand. After a performance at the Global Citizen Festival in New York’s Central Park on Sept. 23, the band heads to South America and Mexico for a series of shows this November. http://plsn.com/current-issue/71-designer-insights/23759-green-day-revolution-radio-tour-2017.html

Sarcasm
There is a Japanese band called Noodles I've been listening on and off to for about 12 years now. I just googled them, found a fansite and a disography. In an album from like 2013 (make up to break up), a collection of covers, they have a Green Day cover. I can't for the life of me find out how to listen to it or how to buy the album. There is 1 up on amazon for about 5 times what it's worth, not including shipping. @Todd i wannit

I'm shocked. Good article, thanks DR. I love when he says "the set list has been pretty much the same this tour" (actually paraphrased). Horton is good. Always glad to hear he's there. This LD had to learn 40-50 songs. Really?!
