I think having a full year of full Dookie and AI desensitized us to how un-fucking-believable that is as a set list. Songs like Coming Clean, All By Myself, She's a Rebel, Homecoming, Whastername... those are all some really deep cuts. It's understandable that they focus on hits for the rest of the setlist. This setlist is also 12 songs longer than the shows in Asia. So, you know, it's a pretty amazing setlist. I get wanting to get Scattered, Forever Now, etc., I do, but to say that the setlist is underwhelming is quite a stretch. Personally, I will never tire of AI in full. The setlist could be only those 13 songs and I'd be happy as a clam. And I am quite happy (and a bit jealous that I'm not there) for the Aussie fans who've got to experience these absolutely amazing shows we got to experience last year in Europe and US. Basically, this!7 points

Loved the energy, Dookie in full was everything I hoped for. Such a huge and fantastic production and performance. Absolutely fantastic show.7 points

You say it’s underwhelming but I think we have taken for granted the fact that they are playing Dookie AND American Idiot in FULL.4 points

I think they premiered Too Dumb To Die live on the Aussie leg of the Rev Rad tour IIRC. I do think we are starting to take for granted how incredible it is that they’re playing Dookie and AI in full. I remember the first time they played Dookie in full (2013 I think?) and we at GDC lost our minds. Let’s face it, we’re spoiled as fans. That being said I’d take any Saviors song or almost any other GD song over One Eyed Bastard. Ah well, it’s always incredible seeing them. Can’t really complain.2 points

I really like the setlists I'm seeing from Japan. They are finally able to pull from every era except the two 'depressing' ones, haha. And I feel like Billie may one day change how he feels about those songs. They were created during a bad time, sure. But they are amazing. I know they will never do a ton of deep cuts on regular tours, but Oh Love and Father of All every now and then wouldn't hurt anybody. And if you're a hater of those songs, I know you hold your pee during a concert so there you go. Pee during Father of All, haha.2 points

I‘ve only been to two GD shows until now. I‘d be happy with ANY setlist!!!2 points

I heard some guys in the pit singing Strange Days Are Here To Stay while waiting for the show to start, I would’ve killed to heard that live.1 point

honestly OEB being here is the reason why i kinda find this setlist *dry* persay not that OEB is a bad song (Saviors is FAR FAR WORSE) but i would take Look Ma! or something like Jaded over it1 point

Well, Billie is cute in every photo so it doesn't matter which one, hehe. Thankss!1 point

I wonder if they’ll keep the odd rarity in the set (Strange Days, Holden Caulfield) seeing as though they’re playing all of Dookie and Idiot for these shows 🤞🤞1 point

Those pictures of Billie and Mike jumping crazy high during the shows... these guys are almost 20 years older than I am... as someone who likes to run, I want to know their secret for healthy knees1 point

When you make your brother drive to your mom's apartment in the suburbs of Caracas (Venezuela) to recover your Green Day CDs collection. Then you make him drive to another city 4 hours away to bring those to your dad. And then you make your dad fly with all those CDs (17 in total, plus Stadium Arcadium from the RHCP) in his suitcase from Venezuela to Orlando, US. And then you fly with them to France after visiting your family in Orlando for Christmas And now you need to buy RevRad and FOAM to complete your collection. And yes, you have American Idiot twice because my first copy ever got scratched from overuse 😅1 point

But well… Doesn’t he see then that there’s a much (!) better solution to this problem? He has those skinny jeans in his suitcase, we know that!!😉1 point
