Another year, another site GDA/GDC outlives it is a shame though, I quite enjoyed the site and a lot of the info. Thankfully it won’t be lost forever as I know who has 99% of it saved. Definitely wanna find a way to incorporate it into GDA/GDC

Jeez, that's really a bummer, it was such a good resource. Really makes me take a step back and truly appreciate GDC. I've been coming here for almost 15 years now. That's nucking futz. I really don't know what I would do if GDC went away...

I just wanna add that I sincerely hope the recording history survives in some way And that it's also properly finished in some way (i.e: finishing insomniac and American Idiot, reworking C&V and Demolicous pages, Saviors recording history)

Yes! As a new fan I've only been here since June but I'm already addicted to the GDC and have to look here at least once a day... 😂

Our sister site, GreenDayLive.fm, will continue on and some features from this site will be moved there. This site originally launched way back in 1996 and died out about 6 years later in 2002. So I guess it’s fitting that the resurrected version of that old website would suffer the same fate after 6 years as well. Hopefully some info can be saved as suggested on sister site greendaylive.fm. I don't know if this is possible but can some of the databases be passed to GDA? One minor thing I find a little bit irksome about this song... The verses go "do you wanna be my..." 1. Girlfriend 2. Boyfriend 3. Best Friend... right? So in the outro, I always feel like that should be reflected but they just repeat "boyfriend" twice. Do you wanna be my girlfriend? Do you wanna be my boyfriend? Do you wanna be my boyfriend? I always want the last one to be "best friend"

Be like bloody everest! I imagine it to be like a random off the cuff nickname. Yknow like, someone's absently looking for something at the studio and there like "hey beej, have you seen my xyz?" whilst they're looking behind the couch cushions. Can you tell I have an overactive imagination? 😅

Oh you're right! Sadly, I don't think the rebrand has been super successful. They've been slashing the prices dramatically at some of the local grocery stores near me. My friend managed to pick up some Punk Bunny at the store for about 2 bucks.

More pics: Exactly! Just sayin', the arena can hold 16,000 people. There's definitely demand for it because when I saw Sum 41 there last year, their pre-show playlist included All the Time, American Idiot and Basket Case, and everyone went mad (which also means they could safely play All the Time). It's right in the middle of England, easily reached from London and Birmingham. There's an airport. Come on, lads!
