I was at this one. Part of my first Oakland pilgrimage. Only time I ever saw GD from the seats (never again; just not the same atmosphere or picture opportunity). I remember this was the first show Billie didn't play Ordinary World at (had the capo on the 7th, then tossed it off), which saddened me since I love that song. At least I got to see it at the Aragon.

Rats, I thought at first there was video footage of Storytellers and Irving Plaza, would love high quality versions of those shows.

Green Day nominated for a VMA?! I wonder if they'll be there. This is something I haven't seen in a long time!! This takes me back to the good ol days of AI when Green Day made an appearance at nearly every award show.

I'm so excited to see what kind of merch other than the songs are going to get included! Nimrod 25 and Dookie 30 had some really nice extras so I have very high hopes!

They are releasing a "visualizer" video for Holiday/BOBD Demo (a preview is available on iTunes Australia) and they used cool backstage and live footage (not everything has been released like BIAB). So maybe they are including a DVD in a physical box set? Or at least they use the footage in the (hopefully) upcoming documentary (I'm cautious since HLAHG was released on DVD whenever).

Homestly, an extended version of BIAB would be the best thing in the world to release along side this. The nostalgia would hit so fucking hard😵 But this is really cool, cannot wait to get my hands on this!

Is it just me, or do the demos sound like they're just unmixed versions of the finished songs? “Holiday” in particular sounds almost exactly the same. But cant wait for more news about the tracklist tomorrow.

Well, I just bought my ticket for this in the hopes of nothing being cancelled or postponed. I may stop by after work (half day Fridays, woo) to get the patch for Philly. Eh, or maybe I'll just hang out over there. I'm in section 140, in the first row! Not sure about others specifically, but Hershey is not easy to get to/from Philly, as someone who can't drive - particularly on one's return trip that late at night.

Oooo I think I have this issue! A local record store was going out of business and for one day you could come and grab as much stuff as you wanted for free. The records went real quick, but there were plenty of magazines one of which was a Green Day NME cover. I'll have to dig out all my mags and snap a picture of them. I'm pretty happy with my collection so far
