  2. Yeah I loved the jacket, but he took it off quite quickly because I guess it got too warm. He wore a St. Pauli shirt underneath. This is my fav shot I took at this show. Billie with a halo😇 I love this man. And he sang like an angel. I swear, at this show his voice sounded better than the last three tours, maybe even the best I've ever heard him😍

  3. After returning from three shows of the Saviors Tour so far, I'm still full of adrenaline and on a Green Day high That was a dosis of happiness and love I needed very, very much this time. They truly are my saviors over and over again, for the last 20 years. Thank you Green Day😭 Please do this for many, many more years to come. It is completely beyond me how someone can not be in love with this band.

  4. On this day 6 years ago (13 June 2018), The Longshot played in Vancouver, Canada. This is still my favourite concert photo I've ever taken. I also used it on the Longshot tour shirt I designed. More photos from this show: 14 years ago (2010), Green Day played Holiday and Know Your Enemy with the American Idiot cast at the Tony Awards in NYC. More photos: 23 years ago (2001), Green Day played Waiting on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno.

  6. Randon flags from audience always can be a problem. I remember when Ozzy Osbourne played a show in Porto Alegre/Brazil, and someone handed him a flag from a local football team (Grêmio), but the show was at the team's rival arena... hahahaha That was fun hahahahha

  7. Billie's looking sooooo cute! But gotta say not a fan of the flares. I miss the tighter fitting pants.

  8. Hamburg pics from Billie's Instagram story (Last time Billie posted this many pics it broke the drive on my phone )

  9. I personally like the flares, especially the gray ones in that last pic @GreenDayJunkie86 shared. I’ve kinda been digging wide-leg pants myself lately, so maybe I’m just projecting, but I feel like the balance his frame so nicely! And you know, look hot.

  10. The pants and the shirt look like a set to me. Maybe he will wear them together some time. This shirt would also look great with the pants Billie loves his stripes lol.

  12. Got myself a strange Italian Jukebox (?) single with an Oasis track from 2002 and 21 Guns as the b-side. Don't know how official that is, but I had to have it. And like for my other coverless vinyl singles I created a custom artwork sleeve too https://www.ebay.com/itm/176410695250

  13. A sad thing about that story time thing is one of the times he told the story about drinking with his friend and jumping in a car to fight someone that friend was at the show, and went home and committed suicide later that night. Billie wrote X Kid about him. Not sure if that could be a reason for not bringing it back or if it's just because they never play Before the Lobotomy.

  14. If I can remember he kind of brought it back early on during the Revrad tour before Christie Road, or at least at some shows he did but it was usually about Blue. At the show I went to in Tulsa Oklahoma, he talked about his mom being from there for a few mins before the song

  19. Just to add, it was only 2hr 15 min which is so surprising given the length of the setlist! From experience the French crowd was very different to the Irish! Quieter at the end/ between songs (less cheering and singing) and much more cup throwing resulting in me with a big bruise on my head 😂 Also in my experience there was way less interaction with the crowd/ hey-oh's which I presumed was to get through the setlist. Also did no one else notice Billie was slightly high pitched at times? I think he was losing his voice, especially evident during Good Riddance. Overall an amazing gig, great sound and definitely the best screens and stage I have seen!! 💖

  21. The sleeves gave him bad luck, damn Mike really messed up the bassline on Bobby Sox for like the entire song. 😂

  25. I’ve been saying that for 30 years. 😂😂I wish Mike would take him shopping. I think he looks great but the trousers…. Not so much 😂

  26. Agree wholeheartedly. Or at the very least, change up the socks every once in awhile.

  27. Just got back from the show in Hamburg, luckily got 1st row again and I can tell you, there is A LOT hip/belly action happening 👀 You can all look forward to your shows!

  28. "That's the first hip of the tour": Something you would read only in the fangirl thread Love it Side note I think these pants are new? He's already had a few different pants this tour! I like the variety

  29. I think people did reply, no? For me it makes sense that All By Myself doesn't make it to festivals? Probably it's mostly fans who'd appreciate that song, and they might expect a mix of fans with more relaxed festival-goers, so perhaps that's why they've dropped it? I'm starting to think those two festivals before Lyon were for like a trial run for the two album thing, how long that'd take, etc. As for Hitchin a Ride, 21 guns and other classic making it to the set list... for the same reason as above, it makes sense for me to add them to festival where you might have more people who are not there only for Green Day and might only know the hits. For the stadium shows, it makes very little sense to me to add these type of songs... a lot of people going to these shows have already seen Green Day before, and therefore have seen Hitchin a Ride, 21 Guns, etc., quite a few times, and I think we could use that time to hear songs we haven't heard live before, be that from Saviors or even the rarely played from previous albums... I'd personally prefer to hear Brat, Panic Song, Peacemaker, Blood Sex and Booze, etc, rather than Hitchin' a Ride for the 5th time. (And just in case PeterStrange does have strange super powers, for the love of god add Fancy Sauce to the non-festival shows, thanks Pete! 😂)

  34. They had both in Lyon, and I think the first two festivals they played also had them? Not sure when they stopped having the Dookie one though.

  36. After having read so many complaints about the sound at outdoor shows (festivals in particular) during this tour, I was a bit worried about what the show in Hamburg would be like. I am happy to report the sound was perfect. At least where I was (back of the golden circle) the sound was very clean and clear. Just in case anyone expecting to attend an outdoor concert has also been worrying about this. Sad to report, however, that there is still no Fancy Sauce in the setlist 😅 keeping my fingers crossed for the Paris show as it will be my last one for this tour. 🤞🏻

  38. Shows how long since I’ve said it, we all know it should be bellie! 😂

  39. I am though I like them a little more fitted. 😍 Not loving the cut of the current pants but can see that they allow for easier movement, can’t wait to see them in 11 days!

  40. for the 25th nimrod, they announced the first teaser and whatnot in october aka the anniversary, then promoted for the next 3 months. could've been a placeholder for the delay of saviors 🤷‍♀️but something to go off which i hope isn't the case this time for the 30th dookie, they announced the first teaser in august so they had one month and wasn't even near the anniversary. so i assume they wanted to get it out of the way at the time which was basically the consensus so for the 20th AI, considering there is nothing in the way besides them being on tour i'm sure they can release it on time for the actual anniversary? the question is will it take 1 month or 3 months, or some third option

  41. I just checked the setlist on setlist fm and saw "All By Myself (orchestral version)" and had to check it out, does not disappoint Wonderful to see Bobby Sox and One Eyed Bastard added! It's understandable considering they're playing two full albums and want to get some new songs in. King for a Day is my favourite but I accept it's fair for them not to play it when they're giving us Dookie and AI in full . Agree it's a really great setlist, can't wait for my show It's a mediocre song on an album but it's fantastic live, guaranteed to get the crowd jumping and always enjoyable plus they can bring a fan up to sing/stage dive.

  42. for me this setlist is almost perfect... I just miss a couple of well known tunes they used to play live like Hitchin a Ride and 21 Guns

  44. I'm trying to pick up the odd coloured Saviors vinyls when I find one for a reasonable price. Just added the Zia grey vinyl (limited to 1000 copies) to my collection. Not my photo

  45. I snagged this Green Day shirt before they sold out today at Forever 21. https://www.forever21.com/us/2001262914.html There were only four when I got there, so I am glad I got one.
