I finally watched this and AHHHHH Billie looks so good! He brought back the creepers!! And I LOVE the cherry top. (Now I have to find one for myself) He was so adorable here and did a great job with the speech. I'm so happy to see him at an event like this.

Personally if Billie is a Grandpa now I'd rather find out from Billie himself because if he wanted to share something like that he would. It has nothing to do with me being a fan of the band.

This little story from a guy in Ocean Colour Scene about Billie beating up one of the other band members back in the day amused me, also hearing him referred to as "Billie Armstrong" is funny for some reason lol. Story is timestamped at 8:00

The Oakland A’s announced they’re officially leaving Oakland after this season, moving to a temporary home in Sacramento for the 2025-27 seasons before they officially move to Las Vegas in 2028, so that got me thinking. 2028 will most definitely be the year we get Green Day’s Album 15!!! I know Billie is most likely devastated about losing the A’s so could Album 15 be a tribute to them? What if the album is called “Rooted in Oakland”?

Perhaps some booze would help. 1 shot for every insane, rambling highly speculative post. Mmmm....maybe half a shot. We're about to go hard, lol.
