And yes, I may get blasted for speculating about this so early but hear me out. The Oakland A’s announced they’re officially leaving Oakland after this season, moving to a temporary home in Sacramento for the 2025-27 seasons before they officially move to Las Vegas in 2028, so that got me thinking. 2028 will most definitely be the year we get Green Day’s Album 15!!! I know Billie is most likely devastated about losing the A’s so could Album 15 be a tribute to them? What if the album is called “Rooted in Oakland”?

Agree. Generally, I think it’s better to not engage at all with negative comments (and that goes for everyone, famous or not). But there are countless examples of how people spread shit on social media and others start to take it as fact. The talk of “Did he lose his voice? Will he not be able to sing on tour? Was he emotional? Why was he emotional?” is the kind of thing that can spin out of control quickly and it’s not wrong to shut that talk down.

I would love if they just decided to say screw it and play Dookie, Saviors, and finish with AI on the Saviors tour. Now that would be an insane show.

The guy was presumptuous and incorrect saying "lol he's not getting emotional lol". Billie was cordial enough to say "it's fine" in his second comment. He doesn't need to apologise for calling out a stupid comment as stupid just because they guy apologised for making it. OMG I just watched Fancy Sauce from this and it was glorious! Really hope they'll play it on the tour

Eh, normally I defend Billie when he goes off online, but this is one of the few times I think the other person comes off looking better. They weren't coming from a place of malice and apologized. Billie not then apologizing for his you're stupid comment just looks childish to me.

You guys are on top of the streaming numbers for Saviors. But how about Green Day's TOTAL streaming numbers. 10,104,918,537 Streams. (I'm estimating $40,419,674.15) 3,591,315,767 Youtube views (I'm estimating 110,000,000 dollars in adsense) And....someone else can do the other platforms. I don't know how this money is distributed, but if adsense got my account and Green Day's confused for even a single day, I'd be thrilled. I'd be honest about it and see if Billie would help me out. Since I returned the $25,028 their channel generated in one day no questions asked, Billie writes me a personal check for half. I then have his personal account numbers removed and sell the check for 10,000 dollars and eventually, become the kazoo player for Green Day in concert for their 18th album. Yeah.
