This thread made me think of picking up the guitar again, which made me think of checking out the classes where I learned guitar. They have a Green Day ensemble class starting next week. Class is already full, and being taught by my least favorite teacher, but it makes me happy that so many people signed up. 🙂

I believe it's safe to say Dropout = final part of Brutal Love but slower. As I said here earlier, Cuatro shows a lot of boards and writings for a lot of songs like I'm Alright, Carpe Diem. I can't recall the timeframe but if you slow down Cuatro and pause it repeatedly you can see Brutal Love on a board, and under it is Dropout.

Thing is that’s what I thought til I actually watched the segment and he says it incredibly sincerely 😂

I thought to myself "nah, there's no way people are actually getting wound up about this," then I looked at Twitter. It couldn't be more obvious that nepo-baby Kemp's tongue was firmly in his cheek when he said the Busted thing. People are thick.

Billie at the Brit Awards…he’s really attempting fangirl murder by sexy voluminous hair at this point. Never in my life have I thought about his hair this much, it’s becoming a problem.

I skipped around this interview a bit (this Eddie gentleman seems very nice but is quite a talker), but I listened to most of the back half and it was a great interview. Billie sounds so happy in general and excited about the tour, and indicated there’s some sort of set change between Dookie and AI? Definitely piqued my interest. He also had some lovely stuff to say about staying in a band for so long and remaining friends/resolving conflict (not “keep the fights clean and the sex dirty” for once ). Really enjoyable listen. Billie is such a friendly interviewee.

Hey, so I work in live sports television (Bally Sports, specifically, Cleveland Guardians and Cavs) and one of our March Artists of the Month is Green Day! Interestingly enough the song we're allowed to use is Corvette Summer, so basically you'll hear this song used in highlights and stuff during the broadcast. Kind of an odd choice to use for the NBA, but could definitely see this working for MLB/summer. Here's the email I got.
