After a month I'd normally have clear faves but this album just makes me want to play it on repeat. Making the dinner? Stick it on. Doing laundry? Stick it on. Working out? Stick it on. Need some background noise? Stick it on. It's so good. Best I've felt about a green day album since Breakdown and I even enjoyed the trilogy and foam when they came out.

He's tended to wear it on and off over the years, often been periods of time where he didn't. A few months ago he got annoyed with some idiot who was saying GD wore too much makeup/had work done on Instagram and passionately defended wearing makeup and said he "loves it" so I'm sure he'll wear eyeliner again! Tre's been sporting it lately.

I just don't understand why anyone gives a shit about the amount of listens X song has. It has been established years ago that Dookie is their most successful album with signature songs that gets played to this day. 10 years later they released yet another successful album with signature songs that are relevant to this day. This is like caring about music video having 1 billion views, album selling 10 million copies in 90s or other nonsense. I just don't get it and it doesn't reflect to Green Day's best work at all.

I don't see it as they are putting Saviors out to pastures at all. This is completely separate to GD and just something they are doing over here on the side as a bit of fun as someone else has said. I'm sure if Tre was around it would be a small GD show, but he isn't 🤷🏼‍♀️ I'm looking forward to seeing The Coverups tomorrow 😍 Has anyone got their e-tickets through yet?

Green Day can also use this as publicity for Saviors. A simple IG post calling attention to the 1 billion feat, and work in bringing all their songs to a billion, including the songs on their new album, Saviors. Boom.

Yeah they should've done a few after-release shows promoting the album to lead up to the tour. That's how they did with 21CB: released it, did a couple more shows and a month after the last promo show began touring.

So if for example AI gets 1 billion listens we go like "..." and don't say shit about it? Man that's important as well because if AI hits 1 billion it'd be the 2nd 1 billion listen song which will be a very great accomplishment for example.

Had another GD dream last night! I feel so spoiled! In this one I was with Green Day during the AI era and they were walking through some streets in a city, or closer to the edge of it where it starts to become neighborhoods with houses but not full on suburbs. I could not be seen or heard, but could somehow still physically interact with things. I was able to hug Billie but, because of the circumstances, he didn't react to it. It was like I wasn't there. I could feel him when I hugged him, though. It was very bittersweet because I would have liked it to be a two way interaction and it would be nice to talk to him.

Of the Inter uniforms and AC Milan scarves thrown by spectators in Milan, he only threw back the Milan scarf and kept the Inter uniform by his side. I heard that he also watches the CL, so it is possible that he became an Intellista after watching the Milan derby last year!

That's a true fact if I ever heard one! I have hair that girls pay mad cash to get styled like for prom or something - loose, wavy curls that form those ringlets that bounce back if you pull them down a little. I literally do nothing with my hair (because I'm a lazy fuck ) and it still looks like that every time I get out of the shower and it air dries. I used to not like my hair at all, but now I've grown to appreciate it a lot more. Billie totally has hair that a lot of people would kill for. It's absolutely gorgeous and looks great with his natural curls or when he styles it a little smoother. It always kind of reverts to curly when it gets all wet from his sweat during a concert, though, so even if he styles it smooth we get to see his curls by the end of the night.

Hey, so I work in live sports television (Bally Sports, specifically, Cleveland Guardians and Cavs) and one of our March Artists of the Month is Green Day! Interestingly enough the song we're allowed to use is Corvette Summer, so basically you'll hear this song used in highlights and stuff during the broadcast. Kind of an odd choice to use for the NBA, but could definitely see this working for MLB/summer. Here's the email I got.

Amazing album but I’m ready to go to hell for my useless GD opinion today! Wee: My favorite songs from the album are constantly changing, while my 3 least favorite songs have been the same (and no, I don’t skip them when they’re on): bobby Sox- a bit boring and the repetitive falsetto “ooos” feel generic, not fun. The scream is the best part. Now the making of video is Awesome as fuck! dilemma- a bit boring. Scream and lyrics save it. The making of video shreds, though! father to a son - gotta be in the mood, otherwise a bit cheesy. Mix is weird. String arrangements are cool as hell!

So top 5 from this poll are SDAHTS, Dilemma, Suzie Chapstick, Goodnight Adeline, and Fancy Sauce. Now the question is, how many of those will they actually play live? So far, Dilemma is the only one we've heard.
