Imagine if this is all counting down to the Forever Now music video.12 points

So nerd post alert. I looked into the Google tag manager code of the website. Not an expert of this and first time I look at a similar JavaScript as this is kinda of a new way to get google analytics data. But how this works is that you set tags on elements of a page you want to monitor. From what I can see they will track page views, scrolls, and… - Interactions with a video (play, pause, playtime, play points) - Interactions with a form (first, last name, address, postal code etc.) Will see if I get more out of it 🥴 Edit: seems they are gonna track also a store/shopping function, seeing a lot of customer id tracking, shipping address, estimated delivery date, etc. 👀12 points

As I said not an expert on this specific Google Tag implementation, but I know JavaScript and from the Google documentation I quickly skimmed through this is not some kind of standard pre-made code, but something that has been specifically set-up for this website, so yeah looks like there’s gonna be a video, sign up form of some sort, and I think also a order/shopping function. Not entirely sure how this work, so it could also be that they will be cross-tracking the shopping part from another website, like the usual wb/gd store.11 points

wht if 'No', 'Nope', 'Not Yet' and 'Still No' are all names of a multipart song like JOS?6 points

I was thinking that, when they were at the Sunset Marquis. It’s very possible5 points

Jason didn’t find that page on his own. They clearly fed the page to him to start a discussion among the fan base. It’s a way to let the promotion start, using the fan base to spread the rumor/news that something is coming and the excitement, without actually letting the promotion start since the official channels are busy with Dookie.5 points

Right here, LOL just got home from work!!! HOLY SHIT!!!! This is huge!!! They’re totally behind this!!! Notice how they stayed silent through the whole Panicland MOOTIK thing!!!5 points

Ultimate Test flashbacks... But nah, this is them sharing it - the emoji is more of a nod that this is a teaser (what could it mean 🤔), not them being skeptical5 points

We know Green Day. They never were very big on the teasing. So I doubt we need to look too far for this website.4 points

Indeed... Back to the drawing board, chaps. If the bold letters mean anything, I'm starting to think they might not, then we have the following so far: 23 Sep: N E ––– O P 25 Sep: N Y E ––– O T t 27 Sep: I L N ––– S T L O -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- In summary: we have N E N Y E I L N ––– O P O T t S T L O Without the repeats: N E Y I L ---- O P T t S L4 points

Really interesting! I guess a video will pop up on this website this sunday...4 points

I bet you're fun at parties. Strongly disagree. Some great songs on that record. I think that's the first english sentence Brazilians are required to learn...4 points

I really hope they produced a documentary that includes the rise and fall of 1972. And I hope there’s footage of the pool-listening party CLA told me about during his masterclass😳3 points

Any chance that's what they did in LA over the summer when Billie's hair was looking 🔥?3 points

Clearly part of the title will be the abbreviated "SAINT" --> "St." 😜 Haha I know right? That was kind of a silly question. Also, they couldn't use the main site to tease something new while promoting Dookie30 at the same time.3 points
-
maybe, maybe not, but i think there is something more meaningful behind all of these letters and how they are written we talk about the same guys who came up with sth strange-sounding like "revrad", and dont forgett the first tease of uno dos tré with the "two in the pinky one in the stinky" handsign 😂3 points

You guys are being very dude-esque. No, the trilogy was NOT self titled or untitled. Wrong. But are we getting a new trilogy called Negativity with No, Nope, Nada as album titles?......probably. I retired from ridiculous track lists posts when I saw it was bugging you guys. But now... 1. She Killed The Family 2. Bada Bing 3. Cross Dat Line 4. Blow, blow, blow 5. Credit card head 6. St. Vulumtous 7. Dinonugget 37 8. Yeah! 9. Create Dissention (Breaking Up) 10. That Guy's Trying 11. Booty Shaking Good Time 12. 90's Theme Song 13. Break Your Hearts 14. Green Day Are Dead3 points

I sincerely hope that whoever is teasing us like this is sitting there rubbing their hands together and eating popcorn watching us try to figure this stuff out 😂 I'm leaning towards the letters not meaning anything other than to give us a glimpse of the font/colour scheme for the album branding. Bold for Green Day and the album title in italics.3 points

And the Chucks are back too! No clunky running shoes (Although, I don't blame him for the clunky running shoes at previous shows. Foot issues are a b.i.t.c.h.)3 points

They usually have a music video ready to go when they announce a new single so maybe that video will be the first thing to appear there3 points

Wow. That's unexpected. I thought something like 'Nearly' would be next continuing the word starting with N. As the words are changing every 2 days, how many more to go? Sept 29 and Oct 1 ?3 points

I and L are in capitals too so that probably wasn't spelling out Green Day3 points

Seems like the tracking is for an e-commerce app, so I think they will embed on this website the normal store or something like that. There’s also trackers checking for campaign IDs, so if I understand this correctly tracking how users got to the store section (eg. From a Facebook/YouTube add or whatever).3 points

You say your not an expert, but your really cool figuring this out. Thanks. I'd be totally lost.3 points

I feel you. 21 Guns is not my favourite song, but my favourite bit in it, is when the second guitar (Jason) comes in at 5:07 after the quiet/piano section. Magical. And they only started doing that half way through the 21CB tour. It just adds that little je ne sais quoi Great Scott, impeccable detective work good sir! Godt gået!3 points
-
Anyone not like how when they play 21 Guns they cut the song short. That end is the best part wish they had let it in full when they tour and give some more album tracks from Insomniac/Revrad some love also 21st century breakdown should get some spotlight static age is awesome live as is the title track….but I’d sell my soul if they played Westbound Sign live…as far as commercial success just my opinion but we should want to see them triumphant and get mainstream play…why not?3 points

To me that doesn't say much other than the website is actually coming from gd's team. IF there's a single announcement in October I'll be ecstatic obviouslyyy If there's a new era coming I hope Billie keeps the blonde hair 🥰3 points

I mean, that’s my assumption, but there’s no way he found that url randomly in the web. Someone sent it to him to start the whole thing. Since he implied from the beginning it was official, and didn’t raise any doubt about it, it means he knows the source.3 points

This makes it official. they wouldn’t share it if it wasn’t legit HERE WE GO3 points

Cmonnnnn off all the pages they shared us hahhahahahahah I guess it's official now!!!!! Aaaaaaaaaaaaa3 points

And as I said, I’m now thinking it’s simply a preview of the GREEN DAY and ALBUM TITLE fonts2 points
