I genuinely am not convinced that we are getting anything soon at this point. The social accounts, plus how the band is acting, plus the little official news (for something that is supposed to be so close) makes me think otherwise

If tour starts in July, single should be coming soon. Big “if” of course.

The font is one that a huge majority of designers (and students) used from 2007-2012. Just horrible…and yeah. Looks like a canva work

I’m 99.9% sure this is fake but I’ll post that image from the linked Discord discussion. To me, the mix of title casing and not title casing is what gives it away.

After FOAM, it is impossible to know if album art is real or fake. So while this does look like a poor fake, you can’t totally rule it out.

For me with FOAM it seemed like they wanted to put something out just to go on tour with Weezer and FOB. Yes FOAM wasn‘t THAT bad but not great for Green Day Standard and I think they recognized it even though Billie Joe always tells us they‘re doing music for themselves. They probably heard the opinion from most fans about FOAM and thats maybe the reason they didn‘t play any song during HM (but still didn‘t understand why they ignored RevRad last year). I‘m looking forward what the subjects are on the upcoming album lyrically

What are the reasons, really? An emoji and a Canadian festival organizer saying that they are touring during the summer, thing we already knew? Don’t take it as a personal criticism, I understand this just comes from passion and anticipation for the next record which is nice, but you guys sometimes build clues out of your imagination only to then be disappointed by your own hype building. It’s been happening at least once a month for a year since the real teasers stopped being released. And then again, one single person on an online forum post about a supposed vocal cord issue without mentioning any source or evidence, and for some reason that becomes a rumor to be considered as legit and the reason why plans that never existed have changed.

Gotcha. Don’t wanna start a parallel discussion in this thread, but IMHO it’s pretty clear there’s never been a plan to announce anything anytime soon. At least I didn’t see any indication of that in the facts. Just people speculating on no ground in this forum.
