And what a journey we've all had here so far. If I may summarize; what have we had; After 1st tease in London, teaser 2 and 3 followed in Jan' 22, 4 & 5 in Feb', a 6th in March, Tik Tok videos followed, then Billie Joe tells Karrang mag, album release prob 2023. A studio clip and another Tik Tok post in July. The last Tik Tok clip is posted August? Rob Cavallo returns to produce the new record. The assumption at that time as the clips highlighted ref to 1972, that would be the album title. There was speculation that some songs left over from FOAM where under consideration, but later repurposed for Money Money 2020: Part II. Billie Joe states more songs have been written including during quarantine due to Coronavirus crisis. A further assumption was that singles released since FOAM where stand alone and not tied to the future album. from greenday.fm Have I missed anything? Almost 4 months of silence followed. At least we've got Nimrod 25th to come in January. The feeling is we will have an update in new year. Trying to contain my excitement. Got a feeling the next album is gonna be something really special.

I think he was drinking a cup of coffee with foam on top 😆 Actually I just remembered, the night before the single came out, Billie posted pic of a cup of coffee with the quote, “I woke up to a message of love!” Which turned out to be the opening lyric!!!

Here are mine: - the album comes out later in the year and is seen as mostly decent - the festival biggest hits run continues with even bigger festivals - Mike’s wife somehow manages to go even more fash - the new album contains at least a couple vague call to action songs but they’re well received because we get nostalgic for revrad - Billie keeps talking about leaving the USA but visibly does nothing to do so

Maybe we get Whammed harder in the UK. I'd probably like that Jimmy Eat World cover if I'd never heard the Wham version, but I've worked at a supermarket at Christmas and that tells you all you need to know about my relationship with Wham. Xmas TIme of the Year is perfectly OK, but I might punch something if I heard it over and over, every year. I used to like All I Want for Christmas but yeah, retail at Christmas.
