Soon It will be almost a year since Green day started giving us hints about a new album. Till now we got no proper announcements, no release date, no news for a single.. WTF dudes, who TF does this? Maybe the project they were working on got stolen and they're making another one from scratch? This has got to be the only reason

IN REMEMBRANCE 50 years ago today, November 16, 1972, Jason Andrew Relva was born. He became a childhood friend of Mike Dirnt. Sadly, he died following injuries he sustained in a car accident on April 18, 1992. He was 19 years old. Mike wrote the song entitled J. A. R. in remembrance of him. In the song, Mike is talking about his friend who is now gone and about what it makes him feel. He’s saying that this death made him face the fact that he’s mortal and his life could end any second. Mike is saying that he’s living life just like his friend did, but now his friend is gone and maybe he didn’t give all that he could, but it’s too late now.
