I think we all like Billie looking trim (quick check of which thread this is) but he’s possibly been under weight quite a lot of his life which isn’t healthy. He’s 50 now, never going to be that young skinny again I’m afraid, it’s not in his genes. Just love him as he is and be glad he’s well.

a person i know who is involved in event business let me know that GD originally planned to make another tourleg in europe/uk in late 2022(oct/nov/dec?), but plans got cancelled i dont know when they exactly planned it or when they cancelled their planning, but one of the reasons that this doesnt happen is the ongoing pandemic and the rules/pandemic laws in europe (in germany indoor shows in autumn/winter could most likely get cancelled again if covid-cases remain too high)

August could be filled with all the behind the scenes stuff to prepare for promotion and marketing — the business meetings, decisions on artwork and packaging, firming up dates, magazine interviews for later release, photoshoots etc. Then everything could be ready to go after October when the shows end

I can see them posting something on New Year’s Eve, like a ball drop or something. 10…9…8…7…6…5…4…3…2…1…***1972*** But seriously, like I said, if everything is done, the mixing, artwork, etc., I don't see them holding it off too much longer. But for all we know, they could be using this month break to add some finishing touches to it

I hope they tease this whole process on TIkTok as well!! Remember when they were at that hotel and we thought they were shooting a music video? I think it turned out to be a photo session for the back cover of FOAM!

Some of my husband’s videos are included in that compilation, glad to see he was credited. I stuck him on video duty (as he was upstairs) with strict instructions that if he filmed anything to make sure it was the COMPLETE song. He had a great view but filmed loads of partial songs and I could weep at what he missed😭 Stuck with me … 53 seconds! Letterbomb … 38 seconds!! Chump … 35 seconds!!! JAR … 24 seconds!!!! All I can say is, it’s a good job I love him.

Yeah, I don't think they'll use these festival sets to promote anything new. Don't think we'll get much news or a single until this cycle is over.

Even though I live only an hour from SF, sadly I'm not going to this. That would be cool if there was another live stream though

It makes me furious to know all the behind the scenes dealing that happens that decides what you can listen to and what songs are successful. It has so little to do with what audiences might actually like.

It was the Madonna Inn at San Luis 🥺 I remember because we were lost during our trip and we stop in the fucking parking lot of this hotel while they were in there to put our GPS. I only knew they were there the day after.
