If you type "Is Billie Joe Armstrong" one of the first things that comes up is "still alive", dammit people, didn't he repeat it at least 8 times in the song?

Apart from maybe some rare exceptions they played every song at every show. There's a sad lack of footage, mostly because on their 10 show tour in 2008 they strictly banned filming so only very small snippets were captured. It was banned at the London show in 2009 too although more was got away with, but this teeny bit of Red Tide is all I'm aware of: Edit: Damn there's a video of their entire show in 2013 but checking setlist fm they didn't play Red Tide at that one unfortunately. They also didn't play it at their 2010 New York shows (which there's loads more video from). So looks like they only played it at the earlier shows that have little to no footage out there

I still remember at the Longshot show I went to, Billie downed like half a bottle of water and then passed the rest out to the crowd (yes, I drank from it - this was pre COVID and it was very hot in that club). He didn't spit any out, but he did put his whole mouth around the water bottle opening so his spit was definitely in there.

It was at a Cover Ups show at the Uptown in Oakland. Apparently Billie was very well "oiled" that night and according to someone who was there spat red wine out on the crowd... Here's another lovely photo of Billie

I have been sober and I have been Queen of Cocktails. I’ll do either depending on my mood or the environment. I love how Billie can do that too. He can be a gross little specially lubricated adorable party monster or a beautiful rock star doing endurance necessary stadium shows. But i do not want to get spitty red wine on me. Gross. He’s a nasty little gremlin (love him). I wanna go to a small club show with drinks and people and the Coverups or Upsidedowners or whatever is happening. And if there’s gross little cherub red wine fountain in human form on stage that would be excellent.

There were other posts about it at the time and someone had a setlist covered in it! Can't honestly say I'd want wine spat at me. Maybe it's because I've been sober a long time? It's on pages 3 and 4 of the thread for the show

I was in front of Billie at that show and was absolutely covered in sweat and spit (he was literally raining sweat as I'm sure we all were) and had to fly back to the UK early the next morning so I reckon it was a few days until I was able to shower
