I think you're right that it's just the shadows (and maybe a tiny bit of smearing from sweat etc.), but I agree that it looks wonderful! I'll never say no to more eyeliner! I want to see 21CB levels return! Like this: The more eyeliner he wears, the brighter his eyes appear due to the contrast of the light green and the black.4 points

Word of caution - I ordered a shirt and after I got a confirmation notice they emailed me that they canceled and refunded my order because my size was back ordered. I always think Billie is one of those people who, it doesnāt matter how hard you try to dress him up and make him smart, within about 10 mins his shirt is untucked, tie squint etc, you know what I mean yer his back pocket hanky is usually so nicely folded it cracks me up šš1 point
