I'd be so fucking embarrassed if I were a grown-ass adult who hasn't been vaccinated yet (in the USA).

I think it's probably been mentioned before but just in case anyone is hoping to play guitar at their show they'll need to be vaccinated

I have a good feeling about the eyeliner this tour. If I remember correctly during Rev Rad, he started out with none and gradually we saw it emerge. If he's starting out with it now at the beginning, I have high hopes for full on eyeliner by the end of tour! 🥰 We need an eyeliner emoji!

I wear my mask everywhere and I am vaccinated. But you’re talking about 5-6 hours here. Ultimately I think I will wear mine anyways, rather be safe than sorry. Four people I know have gotten sick recently even after fully vaccinated. Just suck that people are not taking this seriously after more than a year, and we still have to be talking about this and being worried.

I’m also vaccinated but in that situation I would definitely wear my mask. Just my opinion - do what you think best. Mostly, just have fun.

That's what I thought too! I think he will gradually increase it as the tour progresses and hopefully we'll get to see the return of our Raccoon Prince in time.

Green Day should release "Rock and Roll All Nite" as a single and dress as KISS in the video. And then have KISS dressed as Green Day, recreating the Basketcase video. WILD.

Hey so obviously the subject of covid and vaccine rules/restrictions etc at shows has and will be coming up a lot during the tour. So we thought it would be a good idea to have a thread for general discussion of it. It's still fine to mention it in individual shows threads where it's relevant (eg if there's a particular new rule for that show or whatever) but now if it's a more general discussion on the subject or the entire thread is turning into just covid rules talk we have this thread as a better option.

There should be no discussion since anyone who wants to vaccinate in USA can do it anytime, right now. Take care of your health and everybody will be helthier together

I hope they play Graffitia live at least once on this tour. Full band or acoustic - it needs some live love.

Seeing how cities are updating their masks mandates (dc just went back to requiring them indoors today). I wonder if this will effect the tour. If I go to Hella Mega it’ll be on the 8th but right now I’m starting to wonder what’s gonna happen.

I actually like Oh Yeah. It's my favorite FOAM single. Not the best on the album but still fun.

why you guys are so reluctant in wearing a mask?

Even with a vaccine you can still spread covid and particularly the delta variant. the mask is not for you, it’s for others. it’s a piece of fabric. It won’t kill you to wear it for a few hours, the recommendation should be more than enough to show a little ounce cop on.

They’re definitely one of those bands who like to play their lesser known songs, but there’s a lot of pressure when it comes to being a big name and from the people who surround you when it comes to that. I’m sure they’ll play some of these songs eventually in some form. Like I’ve suggested before, maybe FBHT or The Longshot. I’d love for there to be a Green Day tour where it’s advertised for the die hard fans who want to hear their deep cuts.

King for a Day at concerts is so good… But I am ok (for now).
