Recently acquired this signed Kerplunk! booklet. When it arrived in the mail, I was pleasantly surprised to find that A) it was a Lookout copy, and B) that the CD was signed too!

The Del Gatos cover the Longshot and Green Day covers that the Longshot covers which is nice. I like that. Well… Just Fell for You I think as far as GD covers go? It would be cool if the Upside Downers did originals too. I guess wait and see. A long wait since Green Day will be on tour for the next long while. I’m excited to see the new Green Day set list for this tour. Hopefully it will be a lot more exciting and diverse than the Rev Rad tour but I would think probably not since it’s such a big triple headlining stadium tour. Hopefully Del Gatos/Upside Downers will do original stuff and/or secret shows and fun stuff like that. I think maybe all of those band members are on the tour maybe fun stuff will come out if it.

I was once between Billie's thighs with my hand on one while he knelt into the crowd singing at FBHT. Can confirm he had firm thighs in 2009. Can also confirm he had hairy calves, because I inadvertently grabbed his bare lower leg while holding him up as he crowdsurfed and it was the single most surreal moment of my life. Btw Billie called that Nimrod/Warning time his "fat Elvis years" . He said himself he put on the weight from drinking too much beer so I think it is fair to say it wasn't the healthiest. Still he's never been far from an average/normal weight and he looks hot whether he's slim or thicc.

Shit songs? His best stuff has been released under side projects recently. I’m wondering how much the songs for this band will be co-written and therefore maybe a different beast from his other bands. Maybe this is more of a collaboration like Pinhead and less a solo effort like Longshot
