60 days til the Minneapolis show. OMG I’m starting to get excited now—I can’t wait til they play the first show of the tour so we have a better idea of their set lists and also how long each band is going to play. Then I’m just going to make a playlist of Weezer/FOB/Green Day’s set lists combined and probably listen to it on repeat for a month before the concert and a month after 😂
How did I never see that picture of him? He does look pretty slim, huh? I bet he's in the process of slimming down again now after quarantine to get ready for touring. I wish we could see more of him besides the handful of photos from The Coverups show. I can't wait to see pics of him on stage again!
Green Day makes a few appearances in The Interrupters’ new concert film in the form of various clips and backstage bits from the RevRad tour. Nice surprise to see. You had to buy a ticket to watch the premiere, not sure where you can watch it again
Just saw this post and it’s tagged Golden Bull also, is it just me or could that be Billie on the left?

Revisiting the confusing bio on Zigzag Hearts band camp:
“Greg Schneider's Band is from Oakland, California. The songwriter guitarist that has been in several bands including “the influents” and also new bands such as a project with Billie Joe and Jason White with a vinyl release coming soon. His other band “the zigzag hearts” PREORDER now!”
I am a Green Day fan jumping to conclusions with convenient to no evidence and I am so excited about this new record/band/project! JASON AND GREG AND BILLIE JOE THIS IS SO EXCITING AND GONNA BE SO GOOD!
Counting the days to July 17th.
No idea where to post this, but I randomly stumbled across one of this guys videos several months back and burst out crying. Anyways, I subscribed and he released a beautiful cover of Wake Me Up When September Ends. It's a tear jerker.
I consider it low, but it's not connected to any album, so it doesn't surprise me. I do wish they would promote it more. The fact that it charted at all (as opposed to HCTS) shows people connected with it. Billie charted going into the pandemic (ITWAN) and coming out since the songs reflected where we're at at that time. I think this one could have charted higher if they had pushed it more.
The bit at the end of MTV ‘The Ride’, where Tre says something like “if you find yourself still together playing with your band after 30 years, it’s a very good thing if you love those guys” gets me every time ❤️. Funnily enough, it’s often Tre who says things like, “play music with your friends, the music will come”, must be a few clips.
My friends once found a door they liked so much that they carried it to a train station to take it home with them. It turns out, it’s not so difficult to steal a door, but you’re not allowed to take it into a train.
