All right, after listening to the song a whopping two times, I can say I like it, but it's nothing amazing. As others have said, it's kind of bland and generic, but it's pretty catchy and miles better than HCTS. out of the two songs, this is the one I want to hear again. And as cliche as the overall message is, I really love it. Coming out of a pandemic and with everyone struggling, it's an uplifting message we need to hear right now. Listening to it makes my heart feel warm ^_^ I just love how positive and upbeat it is. I think it'll grow on me over time. And while it's nothing phenomenal - it doesn't hit me like any of their other songs - it made me happy. Not only is it positive, it felt like a much needed gift from the boys. And for the small group of friends who have been keeping count, yes the song premiered when I was hanging out with my bf He's a keeper. Confirmed.6 points

Devi's Kind has been popping up a lot on my shuffle and I always forget how much it slaps. To think we had to bully Billie to get him to release it.4 points

Yeah, I'm not really scared of getting COVID though maybe I should be, because nobody actually knows how long these vaccines will last and whether we need a booster. But regardless, I totally understand people feeling scared, especially since it was drilled into our heads for so long to be fearful of everything. For stuff to suddenly just be "OK" isn't a change that'll happen overnight. For me it's this looming anxiety that no plans I have will ever work out ever again and a dread that nothing will ever really be "normal" again. I've been told we're going to get to go back to our office at work 3 different times now and it keeps getting postponed. Concerts keep getting "rescheduled" and postponed. It's exhausting.3 points

Same! That's like the best gif ever. I've been binging KOTH like every night recently. To keep it on topic since It's mostly my fault for derailing the thread : You know you're a GD fan when you watch the Honest Trailer for The Simpsons Movie just because you're curious if they'll talk about the part with GD. Alas, they did not. But they did show a couple frames from that scene in passing. It's so funny that every time that movie is brought up in an interview or something and they're asked what it was like, Billie's always like "Well, we died" and then moves on. I wonder if they regret doing that or Billie's just being an ass.2 points

They opened a decent bit of the FOAMF shows we've had so far with American Idiot, and honestly I'd prefer that.2 points

I thought this had been discussed before but I can’t find it by searching. Series starts tomorrow so here’s a reminder. https://www.billboard.com/articles/news/television/9565018/my-life-on-mtv-series-details1 point

So this is officially the only show that I had lined up for this year that hasn't been postponed to either the fall or next year. I'm still feeling kind of nervous/skeptical... even though I don't see why anything would prohibit it from happening, when there won't be any restrictions in place. I went to a brewery this weekend and didn't even have to wear a mask! It's like, shit's starting to feel "normal" again but I really don't believe it's real.1 point

Well they were involved to some extent. They had to do the voiceover for their parts. Apart from that, not so much. That was a joke btw. I don't think Billie's an ass. I just think it's funny how little he cares about it.1 point

Mainly people walking about talking. It was P Diddy or Puff Daddy 😂😂 and Snoop and there wasn’t one performance in the whole thing, it wasn’t even very long so you can imagine the depth, and it was almost entirely about their MTV or TRL connections/performances.1 point

Thought I'd finally share this one. Recorded 32 years ago today!1 point

I don’t suppose there is much else for him to say about it, it’s not like they were really in it or involved, they just gave permission. Don’t see why that makes him an ass!1 point

Whether he's a good boy or a naughty boy is up for debate. What is not is that he's the prettiest boy. Btw, does anyone know what interview that picture that I lost it over is from?1 point

Caught the ending of Snoop Dogg’s episode just now on MTV Classic, so it seems like all the episodes will repeat at some point.1 point

It’s a review of a show from the RevRad tour. It’s referring to his usual political anti-hate rant during Letterbomb. Just part of the show.1 point

I can get your feelings too even though now I started a new page but I know that it's more than a fan page and even it becomes more than just the things that about the band at some point. I said that before but for me the most important thing was the whole connection I had there but I believe that I started to get something similar again quickly with my new page and my old one was very new considering to many of you but ofc I worked hard on it too cause like I had more than one thousand posts which was a lot for a 6 months page imo. Also, I didn't really want to say that but the most special thing that I will probably never get back was the messages I sent Billie and were seen by him at some point, he was also still following my page till he deactivated his account but that doesn't really matter for me,the thing was more important was that whole period of time when I sent those messages and then he saw them and other things were really special for me, again it was not just about him but my mental state at that time and all the other things makes it that special actually. It's some of those things that I lost and maybe cannot ever get again even though I believe that I will have some other special times on my new page as well. So, if I didn't have those stuff, maybe I could move on more easily but trust me still I cannot help but think about it. So, yeah I still wanna try everything to get it back even though I don't even know if mine was deleted completely too at this point or not but when I have more time in a few weeks, I will try my best to figure out and try some ways and work on that eventually, I would also want to help others as well, I believe we can do this togeher.1 point

Yeah, you're right. He does look pretty pissed off. Still a sexy stare, though, so I'll take it! And dammit, Billie! Why won't you just let yourself be free?? Even at those shows where he is literally soaked through with sweat and probably miserable as hell from the heat he, refuses to take off his shirt. What a prude.1 point
-
You know I can't wear anything else but that shirt now! It's become too much of a thing 😄 I am debating which pants though ... Will it be too warm for jeans? I wouldn't be surprised if they don't invite people onstage, not necessarily because of covid, but honestly because it's kind of a time suck. It's a little easier to get away with when it's just them, but when you're one of three headliners, I wonder if they're going to play this show a little more straightforward. Then again, maybe they'll want to waste time. It's been a while since they've been onstage, they're older now 😄1 point

the revrad tour setlist had some nice cuts / surprises as for hella mega, i expect a pretty "standard" setlist (unfortunately) many "classics/popular" songs i am sure they will play foam(song) and oh yeah, and maybe another song out of foam (fingers crossed for sugar youth or graffitia)1 point

Super excited for this tour to start even though there's yet another year to wait for the Europe leg! There are so many things that I'm wondering about right now: what will be on the setlists; how long will each band get; how will the pandemic affect the tour (not convinced fans will be brought up on stage); will there be a support act for the Europe gigs (I hope not as I want more GD); will there be any live streams; will Billie return to social media for the tour; will Kevin do both legs of the tour (please may my last 3 questions happen).1 point

Just great to read that people are getting all hyped for the tour! You are so close seeing the guys live again! Still feels unreal. I have to wait another year, but you get me all hyped too with fuzzy/weird/ hyped feelings included! 😁 Can’t wait to see all the footages, set lists and everything else!1 point

And we got live debuts off of Revrad! I bet there’ll be some foam live debuts that show.1 point

In all honesty, I just don't get the Fall Out Boy hate. I mean, I get not liking their change in direction these days, but anything off Take This To Your Grave or From Under the Cork Tree is miles better than anything Green Day has released in recent years. They're not a bad band. And Green Day's probably a big reason they even exist. The only reason I hated them in high school was because they were literally TOO popular.1 point

I don't care about Fantano but if you judge an album by a critic guy on Youtube without even giving it a listen then you can't have an opinion on an album.1 point

Literally me, I finally bought a Detroit ticket FOUR DAYS AGO and while Detroit is closer to me than Columbus, I would have forced my way into @AlissaGoesRAWR's house and it actually would've probably have been more convenient! That's my life, though 😂 and watch it be cooler for the Columbus show than the Detroit show 😰1 point

11 years ago tonight, from 1am to 3am after playing a 3 hour Green Day arena show across town right before, my favourite show ever took place And I'll never get over that they have a professionally shot video of the whole show and we'll never see it1 point
