  2. OK GOOD I’m glad I’m not the only one who’s already reached the “shit, what am I gonna wear?!” stage!

  4. It was so much fun to be at the first club show of the Rev Rad Tour! You'll love it! It's kind of freeing to not know what to expect and just be along for the ride.

  7. AI and 21CB had that edge to them as well. Even some of the Trilogy stuff did, but those records were the main turning point I think. The most striking contrast to me came with FOAM (obviously).

  8. Just great to read that people are getting all hyped for the tour! You are so close seeing the guys live again! Still feels unreal. I have to wait another year, but you get me all hyped too with fuzzy/weird/ hyped feelings included! 😁 Can’t wait to see all the footages, set lists and everything else!

  12. Love it love it love it!!! Gave me thrills and the art work made me hungry 😂😂 Loved the fact that it’s super optimistic and full of meaning I also made an Instagram filter with the art work but without the BRATWURST ahahah so you can make your own art work with different dishes, or just use it as you like: https://bit.ly/3vdqOQM

  15. I've only been to Milwaukee twice and surprisingly never had any curds there, but Bob Evans used to have really good cheese curds and I'm still bitter as hell they got rid of them 😄 I dug my neon green Mountain Dew Throwback shirt out of retirement (read: a bin in the basement) today. Those I've met at concerts know that it's become my thing at shows and it has a purpose again soon, the earth is healing! 🤗

  16. I was accused of trolling because I said Father of All was a 10/10. Not on here, but elsewhere on the internet. I don't understand why Green Day and Offspring 'fans' can't get out of the 90s and learn to enjoy new music. Yes, I know it's okay to be a fan and not love every single note a band has done. I get it. But anyone who likes all the Green Day albums, show some love here!

  17. Billie is threatening me to not let him down. I can't do this, I know I will let him and many people down. Why couldn't he just have sung to "I don't care if you let me down, everything's gonna be alright"? This is such an obligation. OK human, I'll try.

  18. True, and the FOAM singles weren’t anywhere near the best songs on the album so yeah

  21. In all honesty, I just don't get the Fall Out Boy hate. I mean, I get not liking their change in direction these days, but anything off Take This To Your Grave or From Under the Cork Tree is miles better than anything Green Day has released in recent years. They're not a bad band. And Green Day's probably a big reason they even exist. The only reason I hated them in high school was because they were literally TOO popular.

  25. I don't mind a more positive vibe, but does it really always have to be the same cliche chord progression? I thought we've got enough of that on Love Is For Losers. I don't know, I hate to use modern hipster words, but the song is just a meh. Even if it is a throwaway song for the tour.

  28. I can't ever spell Going to Paslaquaball either. Like 'the new single', it's quite impossible. whoa, whoa, whoa, wait. Haushinka? I'm going to have to gate-keep you right there, because Haushinka is the WORST Green Day tune ever. Still pretty great though, so I'll let it slide.

  30. Haha, yeah Other Garden tried to sue Green Day because “Warning” sounds a little like their song “Never Got the Chance.” But, that song sounds like “Picture Book” by The Kinks 😆 (which is probably where Billie Joe got the idea from since he’s a big Kinks fan). There have been quite a few parts in Billie Joe’s songs that are similar to other songs. But this is just the case with music, especially rock music. The most obvious one is Mark Curry’s song “It’s Only Time.” Check it out in YouTube and you’ll immediately hear what song Green Day wrote probably based on this (either intentionally or unintentionally). Another that I just discovered is that “Threat Level Midnight” sounds a lot like “Never Alone” by the Dropkick Murphys!
