I know we're all talking about how hot Fink is right now (and he absolutely is!), but I just came across this photo of Billie and my god! I had to stop and just take a moment because that is just too much sexy in one picture! 😍 The look, the hair, the outfit and everything else about this is absolute perfection. This is probably the most gorgeous picture of blonde Billie I've ever seen.

It’s usually available in Uk a day or two after the show but still nothing here but I can see earlier and later performances from it, weird.

According to JN Flesch, a brazilian journalist, Green Day is coming to Lollapalooza Brazil, to replace Guns'n Roses that cancelled its participation, as the headliner. When you're at work and "When Will I Be Loved" by The Everly Brothers comes on and all you can think of is that cover of the song Billie sang at the Grammys with Miranda Lambert. His voice was so pretty and it's such a beautiful song.

They have done a great job at crafting a different sound for each record. One could make the argument that 39/Smooth and Kerplunk are similar and possibly Idiot and Breakdown. But even those are vastly different records. If you're worried GREEN DAY XIV will be another FOAM, don't! Worry that it will be a let down, sure. Go for it. But it wont' be. Before Green Day produces a new album, they should let off steam with a Foxboro Hot Tubs album. And then away from the garage sound to pop-punk/punk-rock. I don't think that garage sound fits Green Day

if we get lucky, the band will allow the local tvs to broadcast it. But I must say, I hope the band do an arena tour in support. Lollapalooza tickets cost a minumum wage here, and it's not on my plans paying so much to get a greatest hits show

I realized my boyfriend has been with me for the last few Green Day events: NFL Honors Performance HCTS Premiere The Network on Fallon (not that it's Green Day) I'm not sure what it means, but I'm choosing to believe it's a good omen. And he said he liked The Network's performance. Clearly, he's a keeper.

I already gushed in the other thread, but maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan, Fink 🔥 I was so happy to see that little devil's tail waggling behind him. And as much as I miss the floppy hair, I do approve of the new hair cut. I wasn't paying enough attention to the stage hand (all eyes were on Fink) but I hope it's Kevin as everyone has guessed. I suppose I'll just have to watch the video a few more times to figure it out.

Yes, this. Somewhere Now and Forever Now were fantastic and I personally think that their Who'esque / more classic rock sound has always been their best, they are so incredibly good at it. So I kind of hope that in the future, that's where they're going, a more mature, experimental, maybe even prog rock direction. One can dream I also loved the Back In The USA style and thought, wow, now they're onto something. Political, ironic, but in a lighter, funnier way than 21CB. But then they took a turn onto party highway again, not my favourite Green Day street, ah well. I still liked most songs on FOAM though. These guys definitely know how to surprise us. Anything is possible.

I will take whatever they'd like to give us as long as it's of a higher caliber than HCTS. Another album like AI, 21CB, or Rev Rad would be amazing, but that's probably asking a lot. Something with a similar aggression and energy to Insomniac would be super awesome as well.

I really hope this isn't indicative of anything to come in the future because it's really bad. I wasn't expecting a chart-topping song since this seems to be a one-off but come on, guys. It's super embarrassing.

there are, at the very least, 10 songs from MM2020 Part 2 that would be better Green Day singles than this. why they refuse to release anything that isn't sterile butt rock under the GD name is beyond me

These Paper Bullets? I still want to hear Dreamcatcher and Oh Girl as a released b-side or single or rarity. The stuff he wrote after American Idiot and up until the Longshot that never saw the bright light of day seem really great and top of his game songwriting with lots of feeling and a meaningful storyline.
