  1. Enjoy. If it were anyone else be disgusted. There’s something about Billie and pee stories. Maybe it’s the glee.

  2. Yup, because he tells this story with such glee 😂

  3. I'd say it's more appropriate for the random thoughts thread than fangirls. It's not like we're swooning over pee stories.

  4. I just read this as "coming off of Billie's lightbender". Not quite sure what that would mean, other than that I really need to get more rest.

  5. It could also be coming from Mike’s bass.

  8. I do not like this implication... for obvious reasons.

  9. Alright, can we move the pee stories to the fangirls thread? While I give you that it is random, I think it's a better fit to be discussed there. Thanks!

  10. Finally got all my dreams typed up so now I can share them with reckless abandon. Woohoo! I'll start with this stupid one: There were three versions of Billie at a table. 21 Guns Billie, Dookie/Insomniac era, and I think maybe Nimrod era. The 21 Guns Billie was sitting there nicely and patiently while the other two were goofing off with each other and being disgusting - like gargling spit and making immature jokes and stuff. I was there too to conduct some sort of test with all of them.

  11. It's okay to make mistakes like that. When I was typing up my GD dreams this evening, I kept accidentally typing "song" as "dong" (to be fair, s and d are right next to each other on the keyboard). I even did it again while typing this post.

  13. I don’t know whether to enjoy the fact that there’s so many pee stories or be disgusted.

  14. Does anybody know the names of the films that were sampled on the original 6-song Foxboro Hot Tubs free download EP? EDIT: Through a bit of research I've figured out where all the samples come from except two of them: "Stop Drop and Roll" intro sample is from the 1966 film "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?" "Mother Mary" unknown, sounds like the female is speaking a foreign language though (Italian? French?) "Ruby Room" intro sample is from the 1970 film "Beyond the Valley of the Dolls" "Red Tide" intro sample is from a radio advertisement for The Ventures' 1969 album "Underground Fire" "Highway 1" unknown, would really love to know, sounds hilarious 'She's a Saint, Not a Celebrity" intro sample also from the 1966 film "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?"

  17. Maybe he could be trained out of those bad habits. "The eyes, Sam. Keep it on the eyes." I'd go for 8k detail shots of Billie's eyes.

  19. Not into those huge print tshirts tbh. But ordering the releases separate.

  21. Today is the 4th anniversary of my 1st GD concert in Leeds, and I'm in my Rev Rad shirt listening to them and feeling super appreciative of this wonderful bands existence. The excitement when I found out I got a ticket; the increasing bowel movement in the weeks leading up to the gig; spotting an Armatage Shanks sink in the little girls room in the train station on the way to the gig (hilariously they played it after Billie asked what fans wanted to hear); the wonderful hotel and meal out in Leeds; Billie shreaking "England" in the intro to KYE; him shining his torch at my block during Holiday; his flat as a fart guitar at the start of Minority; the deafening pyro at the end of Forever Now; the really good fans who came up on stage; the amazing setlist by one of the best live bands. I had the time of my life there.

  23. Don’t hold your breath. The original Lookout/Adeline CDs are not hard to find, and the Recess CDs are not hard to find either. 1234 Go isn’t going to spend money pressing CDs because they won’t be able to move them. These reissues don’t appear to be remixed or remastered, so there would be nothing different about the CDs if 1234 Go did make them. If I were you, I would go on Discogs and buy the Recess CDs (they have more artwork than the Lookout CDs, and two of the albums have bonus tracks not on the original releases)

  26. I'm pretty sure the drunk bunny wasn't in the Pop Disaster Tour. And now that you bring back Pop Disaster I'm having a lot of nostalgia. You made me realised that Green Day use to open with Maria. What a way to start a show. I would love to hear this song live.

  27. Finally got my hands on a Dookie Drive Pedal. Couldn't be happier with it, any Green Day fans who play guitar need to get one!
