Unpopular opinion: Digital Black is THE BEST song of Mike Dirnt, which is on par with the greatest songs from Billie.

I just don't know why you needed to mention that in the first place when posting a picture of Tré as a child. It was unnecessary. Why on earth would any of us here even think about sexualizing a child? It's obvious that it's just a cute picture of him as a kid with a puppy so why bring anything else up? I think that's what @Yosuke Hanamura was getting at. You don't need to put a disclaimer on things that don't need it.

Heard Immunity. Best vocal performance he's ever given. And the lyrics are incredible. (And Emenius Sleepus is pretty high up on the list of worst green Day songs. It sucks in every way. Not a single redeemable quality).

My headphones were broken (only one ear working) but got new ones for Christmas, I've been loving the album even more listening with them. It's such a gift with all the crap going on and being in lockdown again, I love them for doing this!

On board with your first point, not at all on board with your second point . Emenius Sleepus isn't anything special musically but I love the lyrics.

That's my favourite line too I wonder if it was just because of Christmas/holidays or if they're done with this? It's rather an abrupt ending if so, especially with the physical album and merch still to come. I'm still hoping a Mike Van Gough song will get a video, seems a bit unfair otherwise

Could be! The guitars are amazing. I've been obsessed with Red Dead Redemption and its soundtrack lately so I enjoy the western sound. I really love Time Capsule as well though, it's so catchy and the word play of it is so Mike.

It is you who created the issue because of your comment about sexualising and then following it up with saying it was because you were worried people would attack you, when there was no reason to think that. No one expects that everything in this thread is sexual, it's never been that way, and no one is looking to attack you, so it's just been pointed out that the disclaimer was unnecessary that's all. So yeah can we all just chill now please? Anything that comes under the umbrella of fangirling is fine to post here, no need for disclaimers or for this argument to continue.

DID SOMEBODY SAY MUSHROOMS? I literally just decorated a new pillowcase with fabric pens of like 20+ different species of mushrooms and other fungi. I have a mug that has mushrooms with butts all over it. Don't even get me started talking about mushrooms! That dick and balls mushroom that was posted? It's a stinkhorn. They are famous for being incredibly phallic. There is an entire genus named Phallus and the whole stinkhorn family is called Phallaceae. I wrote an article on these motherfuckers!
