Totally agree! I love GD and GDC because of this, these past few days have seriously been some of the most fun times I've had on here! If people don't enjoy the speculation and debates they're free to just ignore it, right? And now we wait for The Network to release some more songs. I'm REALLY hoping we get the full version of The Prophecy real soon! Also hope we don't have to wait too long for more songs because I'm pretty hyped at the moment! Fingers crossed they post a new one right after all of the members pics + bios are posted on their instagram.

This whole thing was so weird, I'm starting to think this was Jason Freese elaborate plan to sabotage Green Day for only putting him in the spotlight to call him out for his porn tendencies in front of millions of people. I do get him though, the poor guy was even in the background of The Jeff Matika Show, that's how you know you have hit rock bottom.

I like the speculation- it livens up the forum a little and always draws me back when I settle into lurking between albums. It's honestly one of the best things about being a GD fan to me. What other band has this much fun with its following? Incubus isn't growing a wild hair and putting out a party record any time soon; there are no copycats perpetrating hoaxes under the guise of Alice In Chains fanfic; The 1975 (probably) don't have any alter-ego involving masks and trash bags. I dunno, it's a fun ride man. I'm just happy to be here for it.

Do you really think TUT is more “outside the box” than IIAN or any of the previews from The Network we’ve heard so far; TUT is a pretty unremarkable, bog-standard rock song to me and I’m personally glad none of the VD songs are The Network or Green Day. But then I think FOAM is actually a great album so what do I know.... I’m just pleased you can count on one GD project/side-project never sounding exactly like the last (ahem Foo Fighters), or at least always trying to go somewhere new. The Network has always been my favourite GD side-project so really looking forward to what’s coming next.

I think all of the information from that wiki (including the release date) is nonsense someone pulled out of their ass yeah no kidding, since being "pretty annoying" about a discussion is apparently equatable to saying everyone's an asshole and all the folks that disagree should be banned lmfao...

I personally don't like all the speculation. I just don't have the patience for it. But it wasn't harming anyone and it kept the thread lively, which is always nice to see!

The Network really should cover the song and put it out as a b-side. I'm sure Viva Death would happily oblige!
