  1. Was supposed to see GD at Wrigley tonight. Instead, here's a pic I took at the last Wrigley show that I think sums up how we all feel about this year.

  2. I didn't know this existed! Wish Billie still did random acoustic songs as closers.

  3. Or are you just biased because it's Kevin?

  4. Hey, Billie's still my #1. I don't know why, they just work on Kevin and not Billie for me.

  5. I'm on the flip side of this. I don't like piercings and still want his earrings gone and definitely don't want to see the nose ring come back. Although oddly, I'm fine with Kevin and earrings. He makes them work.

  6. This Saturday was supposed to be my show 😭 instead I’m going to see The Struts at a Drive-in next week for my one live show of the pandemic. Still miss Green Day 💚

  10. Last night I had yet another dream that I was at a gig. In this dream it was during Minority where Billie introduces the band and Kevin and the Jason's bowed when Billie named them. I also dreamt that Billie kept going over to Kevin to play side by side.

  11. It's this: I was with Billie and we were standing by a swimming pool. He had a package of Wheat Thins and started throwing them into the water. I asked him why he was doing that and I think he just said he didn't know. Later I explained to some people that Billie is a little strange mentally and that they should just be understanding.

  15. I'm so torn! Because I don't want to do drive-in shows....but it's The Struts!! They're not doing one near me, so it doesn't matter, but it did make me question whether I would go for them. Have fun and wave to Luke for me!

  16. Yes! Hopefully. I refunded my tickets. If times are better and there are seats available, I'm still wanting to go.

  17. Omg that was today? I didn't have tickets but I was hoping to meet up with some GDC peeps and just hang out around the stadium.

  21. Warning is their strongest album in terms of lyrics. It's a poetic, underrated masterpiece. Fight me, GDA! Of course, all their albums have some poetic depth. I can think of some from Insomniac, Nimrod off the top of my head, and of course American Idiot.

  22. I just got so excited because "Holiday" was playing on the radio in my taxi! I never usually hear GD on the radio here in the UK

  24. Now and then I'll go on a sort of Green Day spree where I do basically everything I did when I was first getting into Green Day, watch old music videos and interviews and live shows, reminds me of the feelings I had first watching them. I watched the goat Island show, the bizarre festival, Woodstock, much music show from 2000 and I'm about to watch Bullet in a Bible.
