Listening to this after five months, still think it’s a solid, great record. Still think it’s a better work than RR and the Trilogy records, at least taken separately. Still think it’s a bold, risky album that pushed in a direction that might have pissed off a (large?) part of the fanbase, but nevertheless brought 10 fresh, different songs in their discography, which I love to listen to. Still think that if this band was composing music based on their fanbase requests and desire it would have died 25 years ago, and thank His Noodly Appendage this is not case.
Still respect those that don’t like the record or most of it, still understand it, and still have a big laugh at those here and elsewhere that think to have an absolute truth in their pockets.
