  1. Pure gold that doesn't deserve to be put in a spoiler. Plus some other BIAB moments.

  6. And with Mike wearing a Prima Donna shirt. Odd how Billie is the only one we haven't seen wearing one. Also, I'm a bit late on the abs, but...

  7. Had to include this from Kevin's stories. Looks like the NYE party from a couple years ago (2018 into 2019).

  8. 15 years??? ACK Such a great release. I also hope they do another concert film like this. I almost enjoy the backstage antics more than the show itself. I'll never forget getting BIAB for Christmas, running to my room to watch it, and then muting my TV when Billie goes off in the middle of Hitchin a Ride

  13. Or your young son, he’s very interested and you suddenly realise what’s going to happen and frantically try to cause a diversion 😂😂 @BillieMyLove the mods must be sleeping, they would normally ask you to delete pics etc when you quote as it fills the thread really quickly and makes pages slow to load, sorry, closet mod here 😉 The things we know here 🥴

  18. waiting to see when San Francisco will be rescheduled. Hoping they reschedule it in Oakland, but doubt it. I just wish they would do a show without Weezer and Fall Out Boy, I have no desire to see them.

  19. I wouldn't exactly call that "ripped", but it is pretty toned for Billie. During AI and 2010-11 are the closest he's come to actually having abs I think. That's okay, though! I've never liked super defined muscles. Billie's level of definition is perfection. His stomach is so flat here that it could be used as a table. I'd give almost anything to have witnessed this in person. The people at this concert are some lucky fuckers! Oh wait. I kind of did because I saw him shirtless as St. Jimmy. But I feel like it's not the same because he's got the guitar and looks like his regular self and has the whole Billie at a GD concert attitude. It's different when he's not acting. idk maybe I'm just a salty little bitch because I didn't get to see him shirtless as St. Jimmy AND as himself.

  22. Billie's version was just playing in the grocery store I was in. Made me so happy to hear a new song from him being played somewhere instead of the same couple songs as always.

  24. I know I was the last one to post, but I can't not say this: When a customer comes in and needs help fitting a harness for the new dog she just adopted and it looks exactly like a more petite version of Lenny and you get super excited (actually super sweet dog and very cute and well behaved. She was rescued from a dog hoarder's house).

  25. He seemed fine during the interview though to me his spotty on stage performances of the past year seem more like cognitive issues after years of abuse, not that he’s necessarily fucked up now. Eventually it’s gonna catch up to you.

  28. Just realised I have the same coping mechanism for everything. Relationship troubles? Listen to American idiot! Mental health issues? Listen to American idiot! Literally any minor inconvenience at all in my entire life? American idiot!

  29. When you walk past a car whose license plate says BILLIE and you literally stop in your tracks and go back to see if the rest said JOE. Alas, not enough space.

  30. Cavallo, had versions of both heads already for the Dookie recordings. They were done by Bob Bradshaw at CAE originally then the later ones were modded by Martin Goulb at CAE. Both were used on Dookie. Although the SE is featured much more on Insomniac and that is where the classic live sound Billie still uses today started. Billie ordered a set of clones from Bradshaw while they were recording and they were the amps he used on the Dookie tour and the Woodstock performance. These are the two heads that were spray painted Meat and Pete and later painted pink and silver by the Network. These two heads were used on Insomniac and Nimrod along with an Orange OR100 a Bassman and a Jcm 800. Since the Nimrod recording these amps have only been used live. There are different amps used in the studio since. Warning is primarily a Black faced Bassman and a hiwatt. AI and 21CBD are primarily a Park70 that is modded with a Dookie style mod and an amp we call the Idiot which is also similar but different than an Se Lead (Meat) it has slightly less gain and less bottom end and is generally a “tighter” sounding amp. AI also features a lot of tweed Victoria amps primarily a 2x10 and a Twin. The Bassman and the HiWatt are also extensively used. Foxboro Hottubs is a Divided by 13 FTR 37 Billie, and a Low power tweed Twin Jason. Trilogy was a mix of all the cleaner amps and a JTM 45. No master volume amps were used. Rev Rad was back to the park 70 and the Divided by 13 primarily. Overall thoughts for trying to get Billies tone with the pedal or any amp is to use WAY less gain than you think. Play a guitar with a hot pickup and dig in!
